I greatly enjoy using this platform to pickup and to complete jobs on a daily basis.
The majority of the tasks are quick and easy to complete and together with the rewards of a generous fees it makes Shepper the best side hustle on the market.
The app is super easy to navigate and the customer service support together with the management team are the main reasons why I continue to happily work for Shepper for a number of years.

I have done over 100 jobs with Shepper. It’s fine when things go ok. But if there are any issues then it’s you that suffers not them. Any excuse for you not to be paid for the job. You can do a whole report which they fail but they still keep the report and you don’t get paid. The instructions on the report can be ambiguous and unclear so watch out. If it says example photo it may be example or it may mean this exact one. Who knows, until the reviewer does fail you. Example didn’t mean example it meant this exact one. By the way I was told you have to be available for two days for each job as the reviewer can ask you to go back the next day. I had to take photos of reduced bread in M&S, there was none and I took overview photos to show it so the reviewer says I need to go back and take photos. It’s ridiculous. I took the role very seriously, followed the instructions but if they are not clear and then you get penalised for it then it’s not right.
I would avoid using Shepper unless you like to work for free.

The tasks are very well explained, and relatively straightforward. In some tasks you have to take quite a lot of photos so can be tricky to stay covert.
Also some tasks are not so well paid for the time it takes to do them, however I think this is dictated by the stores.
Definitely worth giving it a go if you have spare time.

I have been using the app for about 6 months and I really enjoy it. Some jobs are super simple and can be completed in minutes with a good pay rate, where as some take a little bit more time. Very happy there is a good selection near me and I can pick them up when I’m in the area. Support from the staff is wonderful and they are fantastic at reaching out with additional opportunities and scheduling them when you are free to complete. Thank you Shepper!

Shepper is a great company, the Shepper staff are friendly and will help you out if you get a problem out in the field, the jobs they supply are easy to understand even if it’s your first job you would easily understand the job, the Shepper family are a great bunch, the price per job is much better than other MSC.

A fun way to make pin money! It is not and doesn’t claim to be a full time job or indeed a second income. But if you use it to get spare cash to treat you or loved ones; then you can’t go far wrong.

Been Sheppering on and off for about 18 months. A good way to make a few quid albeit the jobs are sporadic. Can't say I've ever had any issues with them and have found their support staff to be helpful and easily accessible.

Definitely recommend this app. Great for some extra money, the tasks are really good and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.
I joined Shepper to earn some additional income, there are a variety of jobs to choose from and the work is varied / interesting. I really enjoy the post office jobs, M&S / EE mystery shops, some locations paying pretty well too! Payment is prompt and the Shepper support is great. 😊
The app is user friendly and has an easy to use map. The issue is the customer service and support. The app offers mystery shopping which “sheppers” can select and choose to complete. Since I joined the pay rates have drastically dropped for the same job with support suggesting “simplified instructions”. This is inaccurate and not representative of the tasks. There is a discord server where members regularly request updates, support and query low pay rates and the ethics of drastically reducing pay for the jobs. There are issues of jobs leaving members “baskets”on arrival and instructions not being fit for purpose and mystery shoppers walking aimlessly trying to find products that aren’t in that store or are incorrectly labelled on the app. If you are not a member of the discord channel you would have 0 success at some tasks due to the solutions and suggestions to improve instruction issues only being discussed here. The app has a live chat service AI bot that offers support out of hours, however multiple times I followed the exact instructions and was told by the human who logged on at 9am “I should have worded my question differently”. One example is where I attempted to travel to a store, however due to severe weather flooding could not get there. Live chat told me the app offers payment if unable to complete tasks due to factors outside of your control, such as severe weather. I followed the live chat instructions and then was told in the morning that I should have been at the store when reporting to the app I couldn’t get there…
Another circumstance I was told that my report was not thorough enough and so offered a “retry” which negatively impacts your user stats and limits jobs you can complete. I added two words and a full stop as the report was extremely comprehensive and then it was accepted.
For an app offering mystery shopping and feedback for services, their own customer support is absolutely abysmal.
Staff on discord server try to act as if users are their friends, and ignore reams of messages where users are querying issues that result in reduced ir no pay. The in app camera is the worst out of all mystery shopping apps are cause you to stand out like a sore thumb when trying to be discreet, because it takesnseconds to take the picture, results are blurry and require you to act unnatural by holding your phone up for seconds at a time trying to get a mildly good quality picture.
Would not recommend unless you wish to waste time having to be on a discord server asking multiple questions and then having pay declined for factors outside of your control.
Good communication and fair assessments from the Shepper team. The process is smooth, and support is responsive, but job availability can be limited at times. Would love to see more consistent work popping up!
Prompt response time and clear instructions.
I am delighted to be part of Shepper. The tasks are interesting and varied and a great sway of earning some extra pennies. The staff are super helpful and very accommodating and understanding.
Whenever I need extra cash I pick up a couple of jobs from this app. Feels like a money glitch at times. 5 stars!
Overall happy with Shepper. Great way to earn a little extra, you get to choose the tasks and when. Good variety of tasks available, good support when required and funds transferred to your bank account.
