I went in the shop earlier and specifically asked for a price on a Yamaha 6hp outboard or a Mercury. Looked at the other small outboards and the person serving didn’t serve. Her words were “take a card because I don’t think you’re quite there yet” I assumed she meant I didn’t have a clue. Ok I was wearing an old T-shirt and a pair of shorts and I need a haircut but that’s not the point. After being what I thought was patronised I went and sat in my vehicle, made a call to a different marina and ordered an outboard and boat for just under £3k. Going to pick them up early next week. Won’t be going back there due to how dismissive the person serving was.

Beautiful marina to have a mooring but from my experience, ridiculously overpriced and the staff are arrogant, rude and unhelpful.

All you get for your £3.3k a year is a view and some expensive petrol and staff with an attitude.

I've called them to check if I could empty the holding tank and do a laundry, the guy tell me it was OK. What a surprise when I've popped in to the office to learn that I can't do the laundry... I have to book a berth. So, I said OK and leave to do not come back EVER. You, the old lady... YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR COSTUMER SERVICES SKILLS AND THE GUY BY THE PHONE SHOULD LEARN THE BUSINESS POLICIES.

We purchased a boat moored at Shepperton marina, the process took x 2 weeks as we were also waiting to complete the purchase of a mooring at Pyrford. The staff (Vaughan the broker) and the marina manager Sarah plus the general staff were exceptional. It is a great place and would highly recommend it. Now bound for Pyrford for our new mooring we will not forget how professional and above all friendly the staff are, Sarah is a cut above.

Fantastic friendly marina, we have kept our boat here the last 4 summers, staff are really helpful, pontoons and facilities are all good and most importantly I leave my boat at the end of the weekend and feel she will be safe in the marina. That means a lot to me.
Useful facilities including showers, toilets, pump-out, fuel and elsan emptying points.
A great place for cruising the Thames and only a short run to tidal waters.

I can only hope the services here are under new management. When I purchased my boat here and had work carried out by yard I came away feeling that I had been robbed and that the work had been done by incompetent amateurs.

I’ve been here a few times with my friends from the Social Club. The people here are great. :)

Excellent service, wonderful area, close to amenities. I have kept my boat here for the last few years and I have seen it growing, staff are working hard to keep it up to scratch.

Shepperton is a beautiful marina from it peiceful settings, clean gardens to it very friendly staff.
