Blocking a loading bay, when asked to move just decided to go back into the shop leaving the taxi blocking the entire road, finally leaving with some choice words thrown at the lorry drive, disgusting behaviour.

Myself, my family and friends will never use this service whilst it is abvertising on the disgusting anti-semetic LBC. Anyone who backs this awful, racist radio station will never get a penny from us! James O'brien is a vile person who should be sacked immediately but the fact LBC still employ him is quite shocking.

DO NOT USE - I was showing my mate from Manchester this weekend some sights around London. We saw the notice for this company in a black cab we had hailed earlier in the day. So we tried it the following night big mistake. Not a mistake in regards the taxi or the driver who took over 20 mins to get to us but kept us updated the whole time where he was. THE CHARGE from the Strand to Westminster in traffic no more than £17 my friend was charged £30 disgraceful. Makes me ashamed to be a Londoner. If you are a reputable company reach out and refund her.

Not merely observing the 20mph speed limit, but a good 5mph below it.

Normally costs £10-14 to get home from Paddington, but this time it was £18 and nearly 10 minutes slower.

Next time we’ll take the tube, it’ll be quicker.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I booked 7 taxi rides.
They booked 2 for the wrong day contrary to my email.
These taxis ended up 30 and 35 minutes late.
For the other 5 one was on time, 3 were 20 minutes late and one was 40 minutes late.
On the phone constant lies “the taxis are 5 minutes away, just around the corner” - for the duration of the 40 minutes wait.
I was supposed to be contacted on Friday and then today (Monday) about refunds, but that was a lie as well.
Shameless scammers.

We had a very complex itinerary for my daughter's wedding with pick ups for bride, groom and guests from multiple locations. All taxis arrived promptly, the cars were immaculate with rose petals for bride, and the drivers calmed our nerves for the big day. I am so lucky to have booked Sherbet and nobody else. We trusted them and they delivered!

Bad company. Indian man in customer service has never been to school of manners in his whole life. The lady taxi driver is a different story by herself, shes a school of psychos in 1 person. They shout , lie , hangup phone not reliable not professional. After all this the owner comes to simply say sorry

Needed to transport my mum in a wheelchair to hospital for an appointment and bring her back , rang the sherbet team the chap on the phone was a gent as where the drivers . Clean and efficient . Timing was impeccable.

I rented a taxi from Sherbet for a few weeks. The taxi was in immaculate condition, inside and out. Very friendly and professional service, alongside great communication.
