Buyer beware

Do not buy the down dooner from Sheridan it sheds little particles everywhere the quality is very poor. I can't believe they charge so much for this dooner you are better off buying any cheap one it will be better than Sheridan

I returned a doona cover that was too…

I returned a doona cover that was too large.
I was told I had to repack it before returning-really
? I was made to feel so embarrassed.
I did my best but clearly the staff were being difficult.
Will not return so rude and so poor in customer service.
Should be ashamed of their staff behaviour.

Can't return item when bought with voucher

I have spent >$500.- in the last few months at the Sheridan Outlets in SEQ and received a voucher. I bought yesterday an item with that voucher, which turned out to be too big and wanted to return it today. Of course you can't without losing the voucher!!!!! They said, I can return the item, but won't get the value of the voucher in any way like swapping anything for it. So the voucher would be null and void. What is the point of a terribly set up system like that, if it is not customer friendly. These guys are just scam artists and con customers which ever way they like. I am done with sheridan and will boycott them from now on. Not worth to deal with them and have to deal with terrible staff in their outlets. Go and spend your money somewhere else. These guys don't deserve it. When will companies like Sheridan understand how important good customer service is. I am from Europe and there they are really trying to please customers and sell stuff, not like here.

Loose fitted bedsheet - no option for replacement/ refund. Oversized queen

Long time sheridan user, and there is a common theme working with support.
How can a queen fitted bedsheet be so loose, i have 10cm extra width and length at each end? Even tucking the bed sheet under on all 4x corners, it is still loose!
Bed is 32cm thick. And this is the only cover from Sheridan at least 4-6 sheets bought that is this loose.

Got a nicely worded email from Sheridan effectively stating no recourse. Multiple emails with Sheridan and its been dragging on for some time whilst still not admitting a product defect.

"Please be advised that since you have received the item in the good condition, unfortunately, we cannot replace it with a new one".
However, if you don’t love your items, you can return them to us. But it can't be opened or use and in their original packaging.

How on earth do you test this is a loose rather than fitted bed sheet as bought?
Bought a $150 (discounted on black friday!) set.

I love Sheridan products

I love Sheridan products. I tried to purchase Sheridan products (repeat purchase) from their website but this time using gift vouchers. The valid gift vouchers were accepted but an error was then noted and the vouchers rejected, with no credit towards the sale, and the vouchers were then considered used despite being rejected, with the money stolen. There was no way to contact Sheridan except via email.

Sheridan linen not what is once was!

Sheridan linen was once a premium brand. Not anymore! I once would only buy Sheridan sheets and bath towels. I have spent a fortune on Sheridan linen: Now looking for new quality linen manufacturer.

SHERIDAN IS OFF MY LINEN FETISH LIST!

Terrible customer service - faulty product.

Terrible customer service for a faulty product. Needed to have receipt to do the exchange and had to return in store despite living 430km away in the country. Outdated policy. Won't shop with them again. Linen house and Canningvale with have my business from here on. Very disappointing for an Aussie Icon.

Absolutely terrible

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a $920 quilt over 3 weeks ago and still don’t have it. Practically impossible to reach Sheridan. Calls get routed to automated message and disconnected and emails get automated reply. I had to resort to sending a message via Facebook before anyone replied. Response was basically ‘we’re really sorry but can’t do anything’. I need to wait a further week before getting a refund. I understand deliveries are delayed during this challenging time but most of my online deliveries get to me within a week. I even ordered something from overseas at the same time as placing my Sheridan order and it got here weeks ago. It’s safe to say I will never be using Sheridan again.

I did originally post this exact review on their website (after receiving an email invite from them to review my experience). I then received an email from them saying it won’t be displayed as it ‘does not meet website guidelines’. I’m assuming a review has to be positive to meet their guidelines.
