Wonderful service from start to finish. Easy to book, driver telephoned before delivery,very courteous.
Skip very clean too. Would happily recommend.

1st class service, spoke with Nicki in the office very knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived when expected and easy to arrange collection. Would highly recommend.

Dropped the skip off no problem, but then a week after I asked them to collect it it is still sat outside my house. Told me they would prioritise getting it moved 3 days ago when I phoned. Absolutely appalling! They are quick enough to drop it off and get your money but will happily just leave the skip until they fancy picking it up. It needs moving!!!!!!

Great service and the driver did a good job getting the skip truck in considering the access. Would recommend. Very good customer service.

Really good experience would recommend! It took me ages to choose a company to go with these were the best value and I loved that I could book online. We had the skip for 10 days over the Easter bank holiday - they rang the day before it was due to be delivered to see if I wanted it early! The lads were lovely who delivered it. Rang when it was full and they came and collected. Amazing service thank you

First time ordering a skip their office were very helpful in recommending what size I would need. Delivery was extremely fast, and the delivery man was very friendly. Great overall experience, thanks guys!

Thank you for your reply, at no point was I told about “staff shortages” or “vehicle maintenance” in-fact each time I contacted you I was promised it would be the next day that the skip would be collected. Why would you promise something you can’t provide due to the alleged reasons your now giving.
As for the guys attitude, please do look into it however it’s a his word against mine, the reason I didn’t call you direct to complain was due to peoples attitudes on the phone. When I called to find out where the promises of collections were up to I was talked over by the person answering the phone, good customer service costs nothing same as basic manners.

Booking a skip and getting it next day is brilliant, HOWEVER, trying to get them to take it back again is a nightmare!!!
First time we ordered a few weeks ago the guy dropping it off was brilliant. Our order confirmation said the date for collection was 10dsys later, and at no point was I told I had to ring when we were ready to have it collected It took 4 phone calls and a week for them to collect it.

The second skip I ordered was a few days after the first. Hadn’t planned on getting another but our renovation plans changed and we needed another. So I ordered one again, the guy dropping it off was nothing but down right rude and shouted at me from the lorry wanting to know why I hadn’t just done an exchange. As it was a waste of his time coming back here do soon. I “politely” told him I wasn’t ready for a skip so soon and was met with the response “well think about that next time”. I was less than polite and basically told him I didn’t careless what was easier for him and I’ll damn well order the skip when it’s convenient to me!!!

This skip is still waiting to be collected, should have gone the 29th. I called the day before spoke to a guy they said it would be collected no problems. No one came, so I emailed from work, nothing, called again yesterday to be told it would be collected 1st April….and STILL NOTHING!!!! I called again today 1st April and was told I’d need to ring back tomorrow as the person who answered was just from the yard.
Honestly I have never dealt with such an unreliable company as this. Will NOT be using again, I’d rather pay twice the amount I have with a company who is reliable and actually has good customer service.

looked online for skip said would deliver in my area, called the woman at office she told me they dont deliver near me, lying cow lost alot business

Where do I start. Well I have been using these guys for the past few years and always have had an outstanding service from them. They answer the phones promptly and are always very polite and genuine to help out. Skips always delivered and collected when agreed and very reasonable price. Keep up the outstanding work guys. This was my first time using Sheridan skips but I can guarantee it won't be the last. Everything was right on time excellent customer service decent price. Highly recommended
