I only gave this company 1, star because there was not 0 available. The bras are absolutely dreadful, customer service is appalling. I returned the bras by recorded delivery and are still awaiting my refund!
This company don't even address you by name when they reply to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I give one star as that’s the lowest available. Avoid this company like the plague. Returned unsuitable bras to the return address in London that was emailed to me for the parcel to be returned and the reason is it was “REFUSED”
They should be looked into by trading standards as frauds!!!

Absolutely disgusted waited ages got them sent them straight back recorded delivery and still awaiting refund they are a shocking company

Ordered 3 bras, it's not until you get confirmation of despatch, that you find out they are despatched from China not the U.K. Despite their website stating delivery within 12 days my order arrived 20 days later, they were a poor fit, so asked to return, had an email from Laura M asking why, after giving my answer had another email from Laura M asking me to send photos of the items I wanted to return, sent the required photos then finally got return address, sent them by Royal Mail 48hr. As it took a while to get a return address and was a bank Holiday weekend my items were received at the return address on 27th May. 2 days after my package was delivered back to them, the website changed from she's divine to She's Pretty, Laura M claims they have not located my package in the warehouse and would send another request to the warehouse, and now Laura M seems to have stopped replying to my emails. Still waiting for a refund. The only reason these are the uk's best selling bra is because they will not accept returns sent to them and do not issue customers with refunds.

***Do not waste your money***. Bra was not as advertised, poorly made and fitting is horrendous. I returned my package recorded delivery and no one would sign for it so it was returned to sender. Unfortunately I did not put my address on the package so Royal Mail advised me it would be returned to Belfast and because of its worth it will be disposed off. I am now out of pocket for product and postage. When emailing She's divine to explain they just say we will look for your package and get back to you taking no notice of what I have told them. So upset and angry that companies like this are able to trade.

Someone (Trading Standards?) should shut their website and social media presence down! They are Chinese scammers. They sent the wrong item (from China instead of publicised UK address), told me to send it back to London address and refused delivery. Still waiting for refund!

Took forever to arrive - thought they were UK based but delivery was from China. Then one of the bras has a fault and a strap is twisted, so it's unwearable.
I'm asking them to replace or refund but they want me to post to them first and at my expense. I'm arguing this with them right now as this is not acceptable. Why should I be out of pocket when they've sent me an item that is not fit for purpose?
I feel I'm going to end up just altering the item myself and just giving up on them. The bras are not even that comfy tbh (despite the rave reviews they shared) and I wish I'd checked reviews here first. I fear if I do return both that'll be both the bras and my money gone! I give up trying to find comfy bras that don't cost a fortune. Maybe I should just let the boob's out and let them be free!!!

This company shouldn’t be allowed to be on any social media, returned 2 Bras and they refused to accept them back, I have the proof from Royal Mail, they’re company in Covent Garden London,, My bank are looking into it.. Everyone who’s been scammed by them should contact there bank, help others from being scammed..

Bras received nothing like picture, and size was way too small! Battling to get a refund at the moment. Posted the bras back to Covent Garden returns address recorded delivery. So someone signed gif then nearly three weeks ago, and after a few emails contact seems to have dried up, no refund, and the website has given, it redirects to she’s pretty now 😡. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wrong size bras sent , advised by customer service to return them to address they gave , sent by recorded delivery!
Checked today only for Royal Mail telling me - Returned to Sender
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 30-05-2025 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender.

I ordered 3 bras from this company at a total of £45 thinking they were coming from Manchester warehouse only to find out a couple of weeks later that they were coming from China ! Had I of known this then I certainly would not have ordered. These were ordered on 3rd May and finally arrived today the 29th May despite She's Divine stating that you receive your order within 12 days. Rubbish! The bras are not the ones I ordered and not as described or pictured. ( the picture of bras conveniently having been taken down now ) they are also not of the size I ordered. How can a 38 inch bra possible only measure 32 inches........Watch this space as they say as I have requested a returns label and a full refund. I somehow doubt that I will get either. IF I DO RECEIVE A LABEL AND REFUND I WILL COME BACK AND AMEND THIS REVIEW.....BUT FOR NOW, Avoid this company like the plague. By the way I think these people also operate as Shes Pretty and also Shapedly as these were the name on the bags that my bras came in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would give a zero if could I ordered weeks ago and my order says delivered on the 24th may left in safe place which I dnt have and pic I have is off nowhere near me I have tried contacting company and also delivery company with no success I have now been blocked by seller and can no longer view my email with receipts

Awful bra really uncomfortable and bulky. Can’t beat M & S and should have spent my money there instead but thought I’d give it ago. Absolute waste of money for a really big bulky bra.

Already emailed company about product and return although seems quite difficult to get them to return and it’s at your expense!

I'm left with two bras in the wrong size because the customer service at this company refuses to send a pre-packaged envelope so I may return. They sent me the wrong order and have the audacity to refuse a refund on postage. Be warned. I would avoid and go elsewhere. I'll never click another link off Facebook again. Total scam.
