Was let down at very short notice by another company. Shield surveyors were able to get me booked in same week and I had the report the next day. Report was detailed and useful.

The way they accommodated and accomplished the survey has been fantastic. As it’s is a family run business, they show extra care towards the details and care for the client which meant receiving the report on Sunday. This made me extra happy as time was an essence in my property purchase.

Really pleased with the report and how quickly it was written up. A last minute decision from our rubbish solicitor meant we were forced in getting this done before Christmas stand down. Fortunately, Ryan was here to the rescue!

This company helped me loads he went around my property with me and explained what he was checking and why. The gentleman that came over was called Ryan and he was very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend this company that needs any surveying work completed.
