Refused return and refund
Really difficult to return items and navigate site. I ordered two facinators which were awful. They won't let you return them although this was not mentioned at purchase

was supposed top be delivered to door they have sent the product to a package shop insted and ask me to wait 4 days in hope that the delivery company will deliver to my door. fair enough except that the delivery company has confirmed that shien had ordered it to be delivered at the package shop insted of agreed delivery point, and that is after waiting about 3 weeks for the delivery
