‘Express’ delivery took over two weeks with no communication from the company despite me emailing them. The phone number doesn’t work either. Thought the tablets were 1 or 2 a day but now they’ve finally arrived it recommends 3 a day, which makes them expensive. Will order from elsewhere in future

Disappointed customer
This was a very slow service and it took two weeks to receive the order. Messages to the company to query the status of the order remain unanswered and I am disappointed by the lack of response. The product itself seems good but I don't think I will order again.

No response to emails
No response to emails. Took a month to dispatch. Were onto our 5th week and still awaiting for it to arrive. They need to work on their communication and faster dispatch times.

Great but ...
I bought three types of capsules. Delivered promptly. The only thing that bugs me a lot is that everytime I go to their website, they never have pure blackseed capsules/liquid in stock. The capsules that I buy are fine but I have never been able to purchase 100% blackseed capsules (i.e. without additional ingredients). And I've been a customer for a while now. I mean, for the amount of times that I've been on the website, I should have at least found the 100% blackseed in stock. So, why no blackseed on its own?
