It's a scam

It's a scam, and not transparent at all. It's way too expensive for what it's worth. You should be ashamed.

Be more transparent, let people know they can't turn back if they don't like it after they upgrade to the 1 year plan. Now I worry I'm going to be billed again in a year even though I don't want this. I just wanted to test it.

Probably would have had a better experience if I didn't feel cheated out of 260$ Canadian.

So much great information but I have…

So much great information but I have really bad knees and I have tried to modify and it did work. After a work out my knees get so swollen I can work out for a couple of days. If it had more sit down work outs it would have been better…for me. Other then that, this would have worked if I want broken.

Nothing Special

They said money-back guarantee in 30 days but as you’re ordering they offer you to sign up for a 1 year program. Then when I wanted to cancel, I am told that I don’t get my money back because I signed up for the year program and that doesn’t qualify for money-back guarantee. That was never stated anywhere and it’s just another program trying to get you to spend more money and you get basically nothing from it.

BUYER BEWARE IS RIGHT!!

They offer a money back guarantee on the 30 day program then while ordering they convince you to buy the 1 year program, which is NOT guaranteed! Then they charge for both the 1 year plus the 1 month. Terrible customer service!! Would advise you check out the fine print, that’s what I received when I wrote the company for a refund!!

Will not Refund, Generic App!

Still waiting on my refund. Their app is generic, just like the free 30 day apps. I was expecting more Tailored options since I took a long ass survey. They don't honor the 30 day guarantee that they bait you with if you pay for additional months in advance. Most ethical businesses refund defective products/services for customers... Even out of Warranty! They refuse to help the many customers that are asking for refunds EVERYWHERE!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I would give a minus zero if I could. Go to Google Play and read the reviews. I'm sure this won't make it to the actual reviews. The App crashes immediately for me and many other people. I paid for a year and haven't been able to open it once in months. Shame on Erin for putting her name on such a sham! Customer Service is crap,!

Good, but…

Recipes, exercises and CS are good.
They asked you to check on every week, however, they so not adjust the food or exercises according to your ceed back. I’ve previously asked on regards of macros because at times it was too much food, but they asked to call and due if time difference, I preferred via email

Easy to deal with

Kendra Marshall with SHIFT was really quick in her response to my account. I personally did not use SHIFT this past year as much as I thought I would. I decided to go a different route. I cancelled my service but the customer service in SHIFT is very fast, helpful, offering different ways they could be helpful. This is great with a company.

Quick Customer Service

So I wasn’t able to use the app for long because I got ill. I only purchased the 30 day trial with no extras. I was very careful to read about the refund process. But while I had the app I enjoyed trying a few of the recipes. But they definitely should consider programs for vegans and vegetarians in the future. For me personally, customer service got back to me quickly and refunded my money after I told them I was sick and wouldn’t be able to move forward with the program. So for that I was really appreciative. I definitely think the app has some growing to do. Specially compared to programs like peloton. But I’m rating my personal customer service experience. Quick and polite.

I purchased a year subscription but then I didn't receive my shift lean product x3 and I waited 9 months and when I said I wanted to cancel it then I received shipping information with a tracking number and it never was picked up they just paid for the postage label for ups to pick up but it was never followed they
