Terrible customer service

Shiloh Farms used to be a decent place to order from, but not anymore. First off, if you call them, you can never talk to a live person. And then when you order, they never bother to tell you when your package is going to ship, much less give you any tracking information. 😐

But here's the worst part: I recently placed an order from them. Three days after I placed my order, they simply sent me an e-mail stating that one of the items was out of stock, and that they were going to refund me for it.

First off, they shouldn't even let you buy items that are out of stock. Anyway, they did, so at least they should have called me (not e-mailed me) and said something like, "How would you like to handle this? We could substitute something else and give it to you at no charge for your inconvenience. Or we could just hold your order until the item comes in." Nope, none of that.

In fact, I would've liked to substitute another similar item for the one that was out of stock. When I eventually saw their e-mail about the out-of-stock item, I replied to it and said that I was disappointed that they never bothered to ask me how I wanted to proceed with my order—instead of just telling me that the item was out of stock. I waited a week, and no response. 😯

So, I called them up (you can never talk to a live person) and left them a voice mail explaining my displeasure with how they handled my order and the fact that no one ever responded to my e-mail either. I then said that I would think twice before ever ordering from them again. Guess what—no one ever returned my call! 👿

Shiloh Farms has no "customer service." Instead, these jerks just do whatever they want and couldn't care less about how rudely they treat customers. 🤡 I don't ever plan to order from them again, and I encourage others to stay far away from this company as well. 🤮
