Walking into Shimmer Candles is like walking into a little shop of heaven! It is beautifully decorated,maintained and so modern. Every member of staff are wonderful and welcoming. The prices are worthy of the products and the service you receive when shopping is second to none,it’s like having your own personal shopper.There is always someone available to make recommendations based upon perfumes and other scents you like. Would 100% recommend this shop

I love this shop. Such a great range of products. I have several of their electric burners and love their melts. Such great choice and they smell amazing and last. Staff are super friendly and always on hand to help and give recommendations. I’ve recently purchased some gifts and they were all boxed up at no extra cost which was amazing!!

Candles are so pretty & elegant in look. Bought 20 piece Ausbie Scented Large Tealight , 14-16hr Burn time from this shop, reasonable prices. Well packed, recommend.

An amazing shop always greeted by happy cheerful people amazing products ive purchased many melts hand soaps pods from this shop and ive never found a better place and on a plus side you are always offered a coffee in store 😘

This is honestly the best shop I’ve been too in bitterne! When you walk in, it’s just soo nice inside, smells amazing and it’s soo nice the way they have decorated the shop. I got a big box of my favourite wax melts that included, dove soap, bliss, baby powder, lavish and other ones and omggg they smell amazing! I defooo recommend this shop!!

I absolutely love this shop. They have the most amazing range of wax melts and pods with beautiful scents. I've also used the soap sponges and bubble bar too. Staff are so friendly and helpful they really make you feel welcome.

Every thing smells amazing and they are so friendly and helpful in store. They are always very welcoming and patient with my daughter who loves to visit regularly.

I’ve always been very happy with your products and service but today was outstanding. I placed an order this morning to be delivered to my daughter who currently has covid and is self isolating. Three hours later she had it and she loves it. A little get well soon card in the box too 🤩 we both appreciate you so much. Couldn’t ask for more thank you very much🥰
