we had pick up scheduled for four cars
I gave them a $300 deposit
They were unresponsive at the time of pick up eventually, they only picked up two out of the four cars
And when the driver arrived, they demanded $600 more than the agreed amount the driver said that shine auto movers never gave them the deposit
Basically shine auto pack at 300 and screwed me over by not picking up the cars in addition, I have to pay an extra $600

BEWARE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM!!!!

II was honestly scared at first to transport my car because I had read so many bad reviews about car shipping companies in general. But choosing Shine Auto Movers turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had.

From start to finish, Marcus and Simon made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Their customer service was absolutely immaculate — they were always available, never late to return calls, and kept me updated every step of the way. They didn’t overcharge me, were completely transparent, and showed real professionalism.

Pickup was even earlier than expected, which really impressed me. My car arrived safely and exactly as promised. Marcus and Simon truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Our car was picked up on the day we set up. We were given 2 calls before he arrived to let us know what time he'd be here. We were kept posted during the 4 day trip. The driver delivered the car to us after letting us know what time he'd be delivering the car. Everything worked perfectly and the price were also very good.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience with John Bryce. They were very professional and friendly to work with. Only hiccup was miscommunication on day of pickup. However because of a quick response on my telephone call, they were able to resolve the issue. Driver was very polite and professional on both ends. This was second time I have used them. They did not disappoint me either time! I would use them again.

Even though I read some poor reviews about price changes, I thought I made the correct revisions to the contract to ensure this would not happen. It did. I was informed the original truck was delayed with a fuel pump issue, true or not, and the only available truck was now more expensive, by $300. After texts and calls, the number was lowered to $160 if pick up was same day. Then upon arrival, I was told I needed to pay an additional $500 for insurance and taxes to get the car delivered. That the original contract where I took out any additional fees was not valid with the new truck. So, after texts, screaming, hang ups and calls, an additional $250 was paid and the car was delivered. These guys are total scam artists and have it down to a science. AVOID...Truck driver was Russian and acted like he did not speak english but bet that was a scam as well. AVOID these assholes.

They are liars & thieves. I am sure that this is fraudulent misrepresentations. They quote a small price, ask for a small deposit & when you call to confirm pickup date, they have raised the price four times the amount & refuse to refund your deposit. Run as fast as you can AWAY from this company.

Don’t trust they need money, if you are moving your in a hurry deadline, please read terms and conditions the broker fee. Ask the broker fee they won’t tell you broker fee unless they take your car. Best to drive by yourself to the location. This is a bait and many would fall for it including me.

We worked with Larry to ship our daughter’s car to her college campus in Arizona. He was super helpful, coordinated everything, and followed up after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. The driver was polite and on time, and the car arrived safe and sound. Highly recommend Larry and the team!

This company is scamming people. I have had the worst experience with them. The way they get you is by telling you to not contact anyone else because they will end up giving you the run around and say truck is broke down and try to get you on another truck that is carrying fewer vehicles and charge you more. That’s exactly what they did to me. The day of the pick up the driver was supposedly 57 miles out hauling 8-9 cars and had a maintenance issue with the truck. This was on Thursday of last week. They couldn’t get the part for 4 days so the dispatcher/broker suggested a 2 car haul or a 1 car enclosed. I told him no this is what I could pay. So then he calls back and schedules a 5 car hauler on Monday we had a set price signed agreement and with understanding there were no hidden fees. I have text messages and recorded calls. When the driver finally got there almost 10 hours later he came in an 8 car hauler. They never asked for my ID or title/ registration of car so I could very well have been stealing a car and having it transported. They didn’t provide insurance information nor was I allowed to have the drivers phone number. If you don’t have tracking/gps on your vehicle or disabling you won’t know where your car is because as advertised they don’t provide any of that. I tracked my vehicle the whole time. The driver drove 45 min and parked for about 10 hrs. The next day the dispatcher/brokers sent over a revised contracted adding 800 more dollars and wanted me to pay that before the driver would go any further. I had already had a deposit for the pick up that didn’t occur on Thursday. Thats not including the 1000 cashing delivery I was going to have to give the driver. The dispatcher kept saying they would take my car to a storage yard until I paid. So a 1000 haul turned it to almost 2000 haul. When I told him I had the message and recorded calls he kept saying we can drop to 1600 we can drop to 1500 and that’s the lowest. They literally harassed me to use my credit card to send more money. Even pretended to be the driver and say he was waiting on clearance paperwork to drive my car any further. When I told him he was basically hauling a stolen vehicle because it was in my dads name his attorney has already drawn up paperwork to go to whatever storage yard the vehicle is in and get the car without paying anything because he didn’t authorize the transport the broker got nervous us and said we won’t be dropping it off but the driver will change his route and keep the car until you pay. Long story short I paid additional 200 just because they were being greedy. All this transpired with the dispatcher calling my phone and my moms phone at 2am in the morning treating to change route. When I told him the driver would not be able to move my car because I disabled the engine and have been tracking it the whole time and they were 2 hours away he was furious. Driver made it here this morning and I told him these criminals are gonna get him in some trouble. He said they never gave him my number and he only gets less than half the cash on delivery he has to immediately send it in to them. He said they do everybody like that pick up vehicle and call the next day with new contract. They are scammers and I will be writing the same review for the next 30 days. You will have the same broker calling and texting from 3 different numbers. When I said let me speak to supervisor he is supervisor oh well. Then will pretend to be driver also texting and saying he is waiting on clearance paperwork. Beware this is the worst company to use when having anything shipped. They will wear you down by making excuses for truck issues and suggest something else and still have you held up and disparate. Don’t fall in on it look somewhere else and always ask to see a basic contract before you sign the contract they send. So you will have back UP if they try to change something like they did. I only signed the original contract for 680 then had to sign another contract 1180 after the lie of first truck braking down. The next day after my car was picked up the sent of a contract for 1880 revised. SCAMMERS

Marcus Brown and his team did a great job at finding a driver moving my truck across the country. Alberto, the driver, picked up the truck right away and the trip across country was quick and he arrived on time. They were able to organize the transportation so the driver had a full load over and back. The communication was great and I always had updates. Great company and great service
