Poor customer service
I ordered item May of 2020 and have yet to receive confirmation of order. In addition I had ordered previous items and requested 2 be exchanged for same necklace different design and did not receive exchange or response. Beware they will not exchange or take returns. Jewelry itself was okay not as good as I expected.

Love it
I absolutely love your products I bought it for a graduation friend of mine. The only downside is I tried to find another one just like it and couldn't order it. There's got to be a way to reorder what I had ordered.
