I ordered a wardrobe and bed through shine residence which I paid for supply and fitting. The product was delivered by another company called Zoysen Furniture to whom I had to pay the balance and fitting charge to. They also charged me £30 to take the goods upstairs. The bed was not fitted properly, Did not it the legs and the strap to lift up the base ripped off the second time I opened it. Also had problems with the wardrobe back panel wasn't attached properly. I contacted the 2 parties involved about my dissatisfaction but neither were interested.

Amazing experience!! From start to finish amazing communication the wardrobe is high quality and the person fixed it was amazing I’m so happy with my new purchase highly recommend to everyone!

Great service although communication could be better.

Be careful. Fake company. They didn't send me invoice. They don't want to refund me, I'm not satisfied with the product. And they don't respond phone calls at all. My next report will be to Trading standards.

This company was very quick at replying on WhatsApp and they had a very quick delivery as well on the day. Prices are very reasonable compared to other companies that are selling the same product. Very friendly and very good customer service.

Excellent service. I had to change the delivery address a couple of times , no problem for them... Also, once my wardrobe finally reached the desired destination, the were very efficient. Highly recommended

I bought a wardrobe for my daughter's bedroom, im so happy of my purchase. I wanted it urgently ,all the process from purchase to fitted the wardrobe took less than 24 hours. Wow, excellent service, the driver and the person who fitted the wardrobe were very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for everything. Moving my daughter from the Netherlands to UK in partly furnished apartment and discovered no bed has been placed.
Contacted Shine Residence trough WhatApp and have a bed delivered at the end of the day. Great service 👍🏻
Quality of the bed itself is not great, but the Matras is.
And for the money spend I think a fair deal.
