They have my money 2 mounths today didn’t receved my parcel no customer service to contact!!!!!!!

This is a scam please don’t order anything they have taken my money but I not received my goods and the tracking number doesn’t exist the order number doesn’t exist

Not sure how you can have a rating of 1.9 when there is 100% '1' Star ratings ?! Absolute garbage of a company, another straight from China scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered and paid £20.98 for a 3way bbq grill skewer on 24 /3/2024
I received a confirmation and then nothing. I sent emails complaining but have received no communication.

Ordered the ‘multi functional cleaning shovel’. It’s supposedly a great addition to your garden tools. The catch is, it comes without a handle! I eventually sourced a handle (from an old broom) but was left underwhelmed. TBH a spade can do the job just as well. My own fault..you live and learn.

I ordered an ornament as Christmas gift for my friend. It was of very poor quality and the message could not be read. Complained many times to no avail. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a hair product not received this . I have emailed numerous times to be ignored a total scam disgusting . Do not use this company

this is a scam company Ordered goods two months ago Have received a number supposedly for delivery can never get anything on this number Have emailed three times never receiving reply Its advert should be removed as they have no intention of honouring any orders

Order placed on the 04th February, money taken the next day. Since then I have emailed 6-times direct to their email address on the website and via their website.
Guess I'm another scam victim as no reply and no goods.
I purchased via Instagram, its time these Companies were closed down.

I ordered a multifunctional shovel from this company on Jan 7th 24 .They took the £20 from my account on 9/01 but I have not received my order. My account with them says the order was fulfilled .I have emailed customer many times but have never received a reply. I feel I have been scammed and it has upset me very much. Order no as ner96240. I hope you can help me to receive the order or my money back

I ordered an item on the 1st December as a Christmas present for a friend at a cost including postage of £17.98. I received an email confirming the order, and have heard nothing since despite chasing. The £17.98 was taken from my account on 4th December.

Friend makes bespoke crochet hooks.. they are advertising them which is impossible.she is the only one that sells them

Payed for a Ninja recipe Callander type.
Still waiting. £10.98 of my money gone.4/12/23.
Will not purchase any item again from Face Book.
Sad but True.

I bought a item from them. It arrived broken I have sent 5 emails to them and not heard a thing back. So don’t buy from this company
