I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Having received the shoes which are way too small, the email address for returns is fake as I'm seeing a failure notice. Stitched up like a kipper!!

boots arrived but to small no way to return them complete stitch up this company is a scam should be removed

Ordered items and they sent completely differ shoes and three times to small..
can’t contact them.. these peoples website needs to be shut down on Facebook and any other platform… these people need to go to prison for fraud

I received the items but they didn’t fit. Eventually returned to china but no refund received

I got money scammed no items came full on scam avoid at all cost

The products this company supplies are not the products described and then expects you pay for return shipping to CHINA.
AVOID.

This company is a complete and utter scam,,,
they have scammed my elderly and disabled mother out of nearly £70, advertising shoes that look absolutely nothing like what the shop says once they arrive - i have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and i am just being ignored, FUMING!!!!

The item that arrived was nothing like the advertised item it was a very cheap copy and should be prosecuted by trade discrimination

Do not trust this site. Took my money straight away. But said they had no record of my purchase. I showed them proof too.

This company is a scam.. luckily I paid via PayPal. I was covered and got a full refund..

I tried contacting their customer service on behalf of a friend who had purchased an item from them, and the email they provide is invalid, even the email looked strange because it was different from the company name. "service at clarksummer dot com"

It wasn't just a typo, as the same email address was provided in multiple areas of their website. No way to communicate or request a refund. Steer clear.

Guys, I am posting a review about this site shinesummer.in so that you are aware not to fall for their fancy Ad’s and shop with them online. A shady company will most likely conceal its location, not just location, but also contacts and emails. Sometimes the scammers behind a website may reveal their contact details and email IDs. However, this does not guarantee safety as they can block the phone number and email after scamming people. This is exactly what has happened to me. So please be careful and cautious.
The email ID they provide is of no use until you receive your order.
I am seeing how I could take this forward legally, but I post this here coz I don’t want any of you to be cheated.
A gist of my issue: i ordered 4 half sleeve shirts. They didn't reply even after 8 days of order for which I have already paid. No update regarding confirmation or shipment or anything. Their site is also not working. It's seems completely fake. I think I have been fooled by them. They have created this online clothing site on Facebook which is not working now.
