Best choice ever!!! Smiling again….

This is for my husband Edward Patria… It took a while for my impressions to be accepted… lab mix up first time, rejected 2nd time, but 3rd time was a charm… after returning the impressions I received my veneers back in less than 10 days… I am very pleased with the results… I feel like a new man… customer service was A1+. Could not have been any better. Every step was handled with perfection. I am thankful for the experience . I would very highly recommend Shiny Smiles.

Very responsive, easy to work with

I just ordered my veneers so I can’t give you a referral on that at this time, but I will say that up to this point the company’s been real good to work with and easy to get the product ordered and very responsive to any of my questions.

The company is awsome

The company is awsome. I did not think they could make veneers for me as my teeth are so bad, but they came through. The videos show you exactly how to complete the impressions process, the company was quick to respond to all my questons and my new teeth turned out wonderfull. Good Fit , and they look freaking awsome.

I haven't received my veneers yet

I haven't received my veneers yet, so I can't review the final product at this time. However, I wanted to share my experience so far. The impression process was very smooth and easy to complete. After sending in my molds the communication from the shiny smile team has been excellent. They have been very informative, responsive, and patient in answering all of my questions throughout the process. So far, I've had a very positive experience and I have felt well supported every step of the way. I look forward to receiving my veneers and will update my review once I've had a chance to wear them and evaluate the final results.

This is a follow up from my previous…

This is a follow up from my previous review. I finally after 7 months got my veneers. I have worn them for about 3 days now, it will take some getting used to them, but I do like them my smile looks so much better. I would still advise ppl if you're going to do this give yourself plenty of time months if possible. This process can be very slow and frustrating. I feel that there are some many ppl doing this now, Shinysmile should hire more customer service ppl. That's all I'm going to say about that. My veneers are great so far, so I left a 5-star review. I still stand by my previous posts.

I had a great experience with the whole process. I purchased top and bottom veneers and my bottom veneers were approved first try my upper veneers needed new impressions they were accepted the second time around and I received my veneers exactly 3 weeks after acceptance. They feel amazing and come with a cleaning brush and cleaning pods to soak them in. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing another set in the future

Beware prospective customers

Beware prospective customers.

I followed the video and printed instructions for over 2 hours, realizing I needed good +acceptable impressions.

I took a photo of my first impression and emailed it to them, before proceeding with my 2nd and 3rd (lower) impressions, and waited for a response.

The response was "looks like a strong set," so I finished the remaining impressions and mailed them in.

Both uppers were rejected and there's a $22 charge for a new impression kit.

Add to that frustration, they said they had received my impressions on May 30, but I mailed them on June 9. This made me worry that I might get someone else's veneer.

First, we want to gently explain why we hold such strict, high standards for the impression-making process. Because our veneers are 100% custom-crafted, the physical mold you send us is the exact blueprint for your smile. If an impression doesn't capture every single detail perfectly, the final veneers won't fit securely, look natural, or be comfortable to wear. We reject impressions not to create hurdles, but to ensure we never send you a final product that doesn't fit perfectly.

We also want to clarify the current status of your order and put your mind at ease. The good news is that your bottom impressions were actually accepted and approved by our lab! We are only waiting on the upper impressions to be successfully captured.

Regarding the confusing message about receiving your impressions on May 30th when you mailed them on June 9th: we sincerely apologize for that scare! That was an administrative glitch on our end. As we mentioned in the follow-up email we sent you immediately after, please disregard that date. Please rest assured that your specific impressions are safely in our lab, completely secure, and are not mixed up with anyone else's.

Regardless of these hiccups and the frustration with the $22 kit fee, we want to make sure you are fully taken care of. We have assigned a Supervisor from our Escalations Department to contact you immediately. They will discuss your case directly with you, review the status of your upper impressions, and get everything completely resolved for you.

Better than expected, feels a bit clumsy right now but I'm already taking control 😀.

The customer service has been amazing

The customer service has been amazing. They are with you through the whole process and answer any questions that you may have. My bottom veneers fit great. Unfortunately I didn't give a good clean impression on the uppers. They sent out a new kit right away and helped me to get the best impressions. Don't hesitate on using them.

A new natural smile

Almost my whole life, I’ve had an overbite and crowding and have always been conscious of a less-than-perfect smile. I considered getting the teeth straightened, but now in middle age that just seemed like too much aggravation. So, after much research, I decided on Shiny Smiles veneers. By following the instructions and watching a video I had no problem getting my impressions right the first time. There is enough product that you can do an extra impression at the same time. Communication was great, as other reviewers have indicated. Other than a slight fit issue on the back molars (which I’m hoping will get better with time), I am very pleased with the result. The veneers do not make my teeth look perfectly straight - that would be impossible and not really desirable - but they do “correct” the misalignment just enough that it looks natural and I am much happier with my smile. It also looks natural at the gum line as well. The color was perfect (not the brightest white). Yes, I will have to work on the very slight lisp when I pronounce “s”, but that will come with time. For a quick cosmetic fix that looks natural and doesn’t break the bank, I would recommend this product. If you want something that allows you to wear them while eating, you’ll have to go with a more expensive product. Note that the cost does not include shipping the impressions back and if you live outside of the US there are duties as well.

Was very pleased at first with the…

Was very pleased at first with the veneers, they looked and fit great. Then the upper cracked, after 2 weeks, so I sent a photo and asked for a replacement. They wanted 3 more photos plus a video, all sent. Then they wanted more photos and I refused so they responded that they are not covered under warranty.
They are very, very slow to respond and make the veneers. Do not attempt to eat anything at all with these.

However, we are incredibly sorry that your upper veneer cracked after just two weeks. That is absolutely not the quality or durability we strive for, and we completely understand your frustration.

We want to gently clarify why our team requested additional photos and a video. Because veneers can break in many different ways, we need to see exactly how the break occurred to determine the warranty coverage. Depending on how it broke, our warranty covers certain types of damage, such as clean cuts, but it does not cover forced bite-type breakages. The photos and video are simply to help our lab specialists identify the exact cause so we can process the claim correctly and fairly.

We still want to look into this further for you and make sure you are fully taken care of. Unfortunately, because this review only shows your first name, we are unable to locate your specific account in our system to review the photos you already sent.

The process took a long time to get the…

The process took a long time to get the impressions correct.
I'm now waiting for my actual veneers. I'm excited to see how they've come out. Customer service is hard to get in touch with a human but they do respond after you're on hold for quite a while so just have patience and hopefully you'll have an exceptional experience

Shiny Smile money grab

I bought the service to get the upper and lower snap on Veneers. I tried 4 times. I had to pay extra to get the kit to make the impressions. Each time I sent back the impressions, they did not communicate that the impressions were rejected. They claimed they send an email. They did not or it was sent to spam. No call or text or email that I saw. Anyway, it is clear that my teeth are not a match for their services. I followed instructions exactly, and tried four times. They will not make the impressions, they want tme to keep trying. After explaining politely that this is not a fit for me, they refuse to give me my money back - not even a partial refund. They claim the customer has 14 days to get a refund. Which is ridcioulous. Part of their buseinss model is to take advantage of people with whom this does not work. They are not out any money, because I purchased the impression kits. They did not make the Veneers. They just keep my money. This company is deeply unethical and for many people like myself, completly worthless. There are plenty of other veneer companies out there that you are ethical and have a superior product that work, and that you can wear when you eat etc. Stay away from shiney Smile

Additionally, our email logs confirm that all impression reports and rejection notifications were indeed sent to your email address, though we completely understand they may have been filtered into your spam folder, as you mentioned.

We also want to share an update on your actual progress: your bottom impressions have already been accepted and approved by our lab! We are currently only waiting on the top impressions to be successfully captured and approved.

Regarding our standards, we want to assure you that we are not in the business of keeping money for unmade products. If your teeth are not a match for our services, or if the impressions are not accurate, it does not benefit us to keep working together. The final product simply wouldn't work for you, and sending you an unwearable or uncomfortable product would do far more harm to our business and reputation than good. We hold incredibly strict standards for the impression process because the mold is the exact blueprint for your smile. If the foundation isn't perfect, the final veneers won't fit securely, won't look natural, and could not even snap well to your natural teeth. We reject impressions solely to ensure that when we do create your final product, it is safe, functional, and beautiful.

We completely understand your frustration with the process, the 14-day policy, and your desire for a refund. We want to look into your specific situation much more deeply to ensure you are properly taken care of. We have assigned a Supervisor from our Escalations Department to reach out to you immediately to review your account, discuss your options, and take care of everything promptly.
