I have been using shinysmile veneers for almost 2 years and I can tell you it makes me feel so much more confident in myself when I have them in! I smile more and love taking pictures now!

The whole process was great. My husband did have to buy a second kit because the first kit was rejected. It was hard to do the mold but with the second kit, other people's videos help and he was able to get it correct! He never seen his smile like this in years. They are comfortable barely noticeable. He got them in 3 weeks since it was approved. They should give more options of impressions when to get the mold completed. Thank you!

I have been on the fence about this for years. I finally decided to choose shiny smile.Veneers. i am so glad I did!
The process it was fairly easy. The communication was great and the finished product has helped me regain my confidence. In my smile.
The payment plans make it affordable. And I'm very glad that I chose shiny smiles.

After finding out I was not eligible for a lower veneer, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
After I asked for the refund I was suddenly eligible, but with the caveat that if I bought the veneers against their recommendation, it would be noted. I didn’t want to nullify any warranties, so I requested a refund again.
I finally got my refund, but only because I didn’t cancel the charge back request I made with my credit card company. You may have a good experience with them, just protect yourself and use a card you can charge back on

I was so happy to get my upper and lower set of veneers. I recieved them about 3 weeks after impressions..my teeth were cracked missing and discolored. Now im recieving so many compliments and I cant stop smiling. Thank you so much shiny smile😃

I received my impression kit in a timely manner. Shiny Smile provided me with a video on how to do my impression, which it was accepted. Also I did 2each to avoid any delays. Chole was helpful in all questions asked.

Shiny Smiles customer service made this whole process so easy. They were helpful and quick to respond.

A horrible injury cracked my front teeth so I have been wearing veneers for a long time. Another brand that didnt look very real but did look better than my own teeth so I wore em. I would even have to ask Ai to alter my photos to make my teeth look real. That brand broke all the time so when i went reorder I instead found shiny smile. My 1st thought was they were so much more comfortable to wear, then i looked in the mirror and they are so very real looking. No more ai for my pics. Shiny smile is definitely now my go to until perment work can be done to my smile. I love them.

I paid them upfront. They sent me a kit. I made impressions and sent it back to them. They never contacted me after that, and now, upon my inquiry, they told me the impressions were bad, and I owe them more money. I received nothing from them but a kit that they never contacted me about, and now they want more money. Bad service, and no product. And no customer service just an AI bot. I am sorry I ever contacted them.

This was my 2nd impression and the advice I got from the first one being rejected was so helpful and I got accepted on this one!! Great communication and responses were super quick!! I'm very excited to get my shiny new smile!! Waiting is going to be the hardest part!!!

I was struggling with getting a good top impression. They were so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me. The bottom are great and comfortable and after finally getting a good top impression, I am anxious to try the top!

I am so happy I have my new veneers. They are absolutely lifelike even i think they are my real teeth. Honestly I can't feel them at all and am able to talk normally, unlike other veneers I've tried. Continue the great work...

Just FYI: This review is before I have received any clip on veneers.
I'm reviewing today "the story so far". I had been looking at all.the different companies who offer this service and I decided to go for SS because overall everything with them appeared a lot better. I received the kit very quickly after my initial order, maybe 2 days? Making the impressions was not fun. You splice two different parts together until they become one color (blue). Then you fill whichever plastic plate fits your mouth, as they send different sizes,with the putty. Then open wide because that's going into your mouth. Chomp down and hold for 5 minutes with your thumb and finger. Omg, getting it out is scary. I thought all my teeth were going to get pulled out. But, I got it. I sent 3. I got word they were received today and they look GOOD!!!! BRILLIANT!! So now I wait 3-6 weeks...

Very easy process. One of the best choices you have for snap on veneers. I 100% recommend Shiny Smile Veneers.

Customer service was top notch and very helpful. I haven't received my vaneers yet, but i trust that if there's any issues they'll be prompt in addressing them. My only complaint would be that i wish there were more size options for the mouth trays you use to complete your impressions. I have a small mouth but rather large front teeth. I think the main reason i had issues doing my top impressions was Nevada i really needed a bigger tray to fully get a good impression of my to front teeth. However i was unable to fit the larger of the two trays in my mouth. Either way it eventually worked out and I'm very excited to receive my vaneers.
