I was charged twice by Delhivery for using the Nibuspost aggregator to ship a courier on November 21, 2022. The parcel was booked with a PIN code for an OD area and was later told by Delhivery that it was in RTO. I was again charged the same amount on December 28, 2022, and the company marked the delivery as complete without providing any proof of delivery or information on the whereabouts of the product, which was worth INR 5000. I believe that this company is fraudulent and has cheated me
i don't recommend this company, first 2-3 months they make you feel they are best, then they will put extra weight charges once in all. they will take advantage of our cod remittance money they have and will deduct it from there. then they try to settle it with some settlement then again the same thing in 2-3 months.
they will take advantage of your cod amount, they stuck you with cod payments and also TDS payment.
