The warehouse didn't include my items directly to my account, and they lost them inside the warehouse. I rented a truck to call them and communicate with the manager to search for it.

I have decided to discontinue using your shipping service. Unfortunately, the process has become increasingly complicated and inconvenient for me. I have encountered repeated issues with shipping a wide range of items, as most things are not eligible for shipment through your service.
Additionally, I have had to contact customer service on multiple occasions to have my packages released, which has been frustrating and time-consuming.
Currently, I am using self-ship services, and I must say it has been incredibly amazing and cost-effective. The experience has been much smoother, and the pricing is more reasonable.
As a result, I am no longer able to continue using your services. I hope that you take this feedback into consideration to improve your processes for future customers

I had shipped several times using ship7. I have not had any bad experience before using other delivery partners but this time I chose UPS for delivery The parcel came opened and there was a tape to cover it. 2 items were missing. had a terrible experience.

After a first disappointing experience, during which my parcel was refused (springs from a gunsmith), I attempted again for a machine tool motor.
Again, the parcel was blocked because of a prohibited product. I severely protested and wanted to close my account, when customer service told me that it was a mistake and that it would be corrected. This was done and I was finally able to receive my parcel. Except for the initial problem, everything else went smoothly. I'd recommend this service, but beware of unpleasant surprises - they seem to be very strict about what goes through them.
That's why I removed one star.

I took some getting used to but once I got acquainted with items that could not be shipped the experience was smooth. I also used the shop for me service which was very convenient.
One negative thing is that could benefit the service is more proactive communication but was very happy with the customer service chat function.
Also shipping to Sweden was quick and well priced.

Ship7 are helpful in order fulfillment and shipping. The staff were helpful and straight forward in helping me get my order purchased and shipped by them on my behalf, from the USA to UK.

Abysmal service is an understatement.
I had a RRP $16000 item delivered to ship7 for forwarding and was damaged during their handling. Pictures were provided by seller that irrefutably confirmed the state of the item prior to ship7 handling it. When pictures were provided and remuneration were requested I was given every excuse possible (no matter how irrelevant or nonsensical) to avoid any responsibility and wrong doing.
If you have something fragile, avoid like the plague! If you’re buying books, you might stand a chance.
