They don't even deserve a 1 star
They don't even deserve a 1 star. The goods arrived to Dubai on 24th of October and it is 31st of October now. But still the shipment is in their warehouse. I asked them if their delivery is walking or they are using turtles to deliver. Rude customer service as well.

Terrible service. My trendyol order has been with them since 12th March and almost 2 weeks passed still no progress. Everyday i write them they say it'll be delivered the next day. Even though my order is in Jeddah Hub and my address is also Jeddah.

A shipment for me from Aliexpress has been with them since 8th March, which should have been delivered by the latest 13th March, and still not delivered, and yet they updated tracking information to say "Your package can't be delivered. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal delivery service I recently experienced with Shipa delivery. I placed an order three days ago and, recognizing the urgency as I had travel plans, I repeatedly contacted your staff to expedite the delivery.
Despite assurances of timely delivery, my order arrived a full day late. This unacceptable delay caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The communication throughout this process was incredibly poor, leaving me feeling completely disregarded as a customer.
Frankly, this is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. I will be strongly advising others to avoid using Shipa delivery at all costs.
