Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid this company at all costs! I canceled my membership and removed my credit card information yet they still have my credit card information and are trying to charge my card!

Pathetic

Pathetic. there is no better word available to define their quality of service and their irresponsible customer service. Stuff which needs to be shipped as per plan never happened and they are even not aware when it will happen. Its not a company its a bunch of people who sat one night and thought of starting a service. Not at all recommended.

Please avoid
It has been almost a month now and my parcel has been with them. They kept saying it’s something beyond their hands.
In the beginning I thought it was related to this shipment only, and most likely someone probably been infected by covid or something. But when I read the reviews just now I was really upset.. because someone said they held it for about 60 days.
Their customer service to be honest usually reply fast but they don’t know how long they will process the shipments.
I have an expensive shipment with them..
I am So frustrated right now, and worry.
By the way.. I asked them about the company and they said it is an UAE company has multiple offices in the GCC like KSA and Kuwait… and a company trying to build a large customer base in the GCC while other older parcel companies already has a large number of customers I would say it is a really bad start and here is one Star from a new customer.

• After one and a half month they finally shipped it from USA.
• + 20 days since shipping.

Avoid using ShipaMall at all costs !!
Only use if you want to forget about your parcels.

Started using them a few months back, around July 2021.
Their services used to be quick and even customer service very helpful initially, even to the point I felt like recommending them to others, however starting late August, dealing with them became a Nightmare!

Some of my parcels which were supposed to be delivered by 30th August, have still not been delivered and we are now in November (delay of over 60 days).
All this time their customer service kept repeating the same line, we do not have a date when they will be delivered, but soon.
It almost felt like being stonewalled for information, all the while not knowing what is happening with my parcels.

Imagine having a small business, and having to wait for over 60days to receive goods which you were supposed to supply to your customers, like 2 months back.

All this while there was not one honest apology, not one effort to make up for the inconvenience caused, nor any real outreach to update what is going on, and when my orders will get to UAE.

Highly disappointing and unprofessional experience…

Some new Businesses doesn't deserve a support

This is a new Company, based in Kuwait. I knew about ShipaMall through WhatsApp messages. Since I'm a Kuwaiti, I thought I should support the new company, also because I actually want a good Mail Forwarding Company to deal with, lately they all seem the same with their charges and services, it started to feel like they're forming a Monopoly.
So, I'll first mention the good things I found about ShipaMall:
1- very good pictures + weights of my package
2- good looking site & plastic wraps (although the site has many malfunction parts and few miss leading parts)
3- fast SMS messaging & emails

Now, I'll mention my experience (only one, and no more) and you can get the bad points from it.
So, I ordered from Amazon US about 21 Used & New Books, they arrived in separate packages, each took about 3 days to be updated to my Hub. Then I realized that ShipaMall DO NOT HAVE PACKAGE CONSOLIDATION SERVICE, which was my bad, since I should've known that before. So, I contacted customer service through online chat and said: "can I get an exception and consolidate my packages this time only? because I didn't know, because the cost would be so much for separately shipping each book". They said "sorry, we can't".
Anyone with few online shopping experience would know that it's possible to make the exception I asked for, but, it's my bad after all.
So, after my packages were updated to my Hub, I realized that each took a VERY VERY LONG TIME TO SHIP, and I can pay for each package once it's shipped (payment include custom charges and handling). SURPRISINGLY, all my packages arrived at the same time!!! so, they could have consolidate my books! and by the way, it also took A VERY LONG TIME AFTER RELEASING PACKAGES FROM MY HUB, and I paid around 16$-20$ for each package, that resulted in paying a total of around 270$ for books! most of them are used books, I was actually trying to save some money.
Clearly, they chose to make some extra profits out of a newbie, instead of earning a faithful Client for as long as they wish, and I'm a regular online shopper (at least once a month, or my body would start itching).

at the end, it's my mistake to think I should support a local new business, and not researching on it or waiting on it to be more known, I don't have any intentions of dealing with ShipaMall anymore, and I definitely would not recommend it, unless you're ordering a mail in envelope or so (who does that anymore?). My mistakes are my best lessons. My experience is your guidance & warning).
