Impossible to use them for FBM
Working with them for many years now. I think their support is pretty good and reliable. But you pay a high price for it.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend them for Amazon sellers (FBM). The reason is that Amazon wants you to verify your return addresses with a postcard. But ShipBob does not want to cooperate with this. The problem is that since I'm working with them, ShipBob changed their warehouses all the time, some 4 or 5 times. But that means that I cannot use these warehouses to return my products, which is a pretty big loss.
I wrote ShipBob two times for this asking for a solution, but every time they plainly reject it. Therefore this is not a worthy 3PL partner for any FBM seller, unfortunately.
UPDATE JUNE 2026: this company has become useless. Support is fully AI now, impossible to talk to a human agent. Prices are extremely expensive. I used to be positive about ShipBob, but now I'm looking to get out as fast as possible.
Smooth Onboarding & Outstanding Help from Manas Kakkar
ShipBob's onboarding was smooth and efficient. The team provided excellent support throughout. Special thanks to Manas Kakkar for his patient, detailed help—he answered all questions promptly and made the process hassle-free. Very happy with the experience—highly recommend!
My experience was perfect
My experience was perfect! From implementation through post-launch, Manas, who works with ShipBob, took care of everything and supported us from start to finish.
Makes up fake tracking number to shut…
Makes up fake tracking number to shut the customer up and then just leaves the package sitting and blames the shipper
Avoid ShipBob UK
Avoid ShipBob UK. Seriously, walk away.
If your business depends on reliable fulfilment, responsive support, and a 3PL that actually behaves like a partner, ShipBob UK will cost you. Not just money. Customers, reputation, and time you will never get back.
Their entire UK operation is built around automation and self-service systems designed to keep you away from a real human being. When something goes wrong, and it will, you'll find yourself trapped in a loop of AI tools, automated responses, and ticket systems that go nowhere. There is no one coming to help you.
What makes this genuinely dangerous for any growing brand is the inflexibility baked into everything they do. Their processes exist to serve ShipBob, not you. If your business has any specific operational needs, or if you ever need something changed, you will hit a wall. Not a speed bump. A wall. They are not built to adapt and they have no interest in doing so.
The US facility operates to a different standard, which makes the UK experience even harder to justify. You are not getting the same business.
Do your due diligence before you sign anything. Switching 3PLs mid-growth is painful and expensive. Getting this decision right the first time matters, and ShipBob UK is the wrong decision.
Absolutely terrible experience across…
Absolutely terrible experience across the board.
The customer service has always been terrible (we never manage to get a hold of anyone). But what happened this week has topped everything else. Shipbob has randomly - without informing us - decided to (a) move all our inventory to a different warehous and (b) split our stock across 2 warehouses. As we weren't informed, orders are coming into 1 warehouse and are all showing backorder. On top of that, for 3 items ALL stock was lost. And now we're not even able to contact anyone to see how this will be resolved, with a build--up of order backlog & customer complaints as a result. I'm shocked.
This entire thing is completely and utterly terrible customer experience.
STILL AWFUL
SHIPBOB REPLY IS PATHETIC.
IF I COULD GIVE. Minus ZERO I WOULD
I had a deliver and it went to a different location in my building. YOU CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM PERIOD!!!
I do not have the package and I do not know who the package is actually from. Sadly I cannot contact the Merchant.
SHIPBOB received the package from UNIUNI which is also a HORRIFIC company.
The THIRD PARTY CARRER UNIUNI IS AS BAD AS YOU ARE.
YOUR REPLY IS PATHETIC

Shipbob Review
Working with ShipBob has been a great experience!
They offer a comprehensive WMS platform for a Merchant like us. The two biggest benefits we've had are with our inventory accuracy and order accuracy.
Their support team is very helpful and responds to issues quickly. And pushes hard for solutions as quick as they can.
Namely Martin, our rep, has been an invaluable asset. Helping secure solutions tailored to our needs. Providing helpful insight and understanding when we have questions.
I would recommend to any company looking to streamline chaotic processes and get access to competitive shipping rates.

I’m extremely happy with ShipBob’s service and commitment to their partners. Working with ShipBob has changed my business and given us freedom to grow in new exciting ways.
Great for eCom, excellent experience.
We moved to Shipbob about 2 and a half years ago, in order to get a distributed warehouse solution in the US. Since our initial 3 warehouse setup we have added a site in Australia and now the UK.
They have a great platform, intuitive for customer service to use too, and simple integrations. Having an account manager (shout out to Neel!) who is super responsive and can escalate urgent issues whenever we need is also a real plus.
Finally their freight solutions and new distribution solutions are really useful and make managing multiple sites a breeze. I would highly recommend them.
ShipBob is great
ShipBob is great! I have worked with them for about 5 years. They offer fair pricing, an excellent backend so you can see where every order is, and very responsive, professional customer service. Highly recommend. Cheers.
Highly recommend for on-line business order fulfillment
I have been using ShipBob for over a year to ship my coffee alternative products for our Shopify website. The orders go from Shopify automatically to ShipBob, and they fulfill them within one or two days. So far, there hasn't been any shipping errors. The system is fairly easy to use; I have recommended them to several other companies.
Repeat issues which Shipbob are unable to resolve
Repeat issues which Shipbob are unable to resolve. These include over-splitting shipments, which means being charged over-charged postage costs and a poor experience for our customer who received multiple parcels. This is a recurring issue with their Manchester Fulfilment Centre which they've not been able to resolve in over a year. Customer service people are nice but are unable to contact the warehouse directly and therefore they are often ineffective. I spend several hours of each day following up with Shipbob support cases. Their platform also has draw backs - for example you're not able to exclude carriers (you either have to go with 'anyone' or just 'one carrier'). Therefore we've been unable to exclude EVRI, who have lost a countless number of our parcels. We really wanted Shipbob to work out, and have invested many hours trying to do so, but it's not happened. EMEA leadership even got in involved to try to resolve these issues but their interventions didn't work and eventually they lost interest. I would not recommend Shipbob to any startups like us as you simply don't have the time to focus on resolving fulfilment issues when you should be growing your business.

ShipBob and SMLXL
We love working with ShipBob! They have been an awesome partner to help us navigate the next chapter of our business. There have been bumps along the way and room for improvement. That said, their willingness to work with us within our nuanced landscape has been awesome.
I would never recommend ShipBob
I began working with ShipBob in 2024 and since then I have experienced ongoing issues that do not appear to be taken seriously or properly resolved.
The most frustrating and persistent problem is that my orders will randomly be shipped with DAI Post, despite my shipment settings clearly stating “Australia Post Only.” I only become aware of this when customers contact me to complain about long delivery times. When I look into their order I see it was shipped with DAI Post.
Each time I contact support to ask why this continues to happen, I am asked to provide a list of affected shipments. This is unreasonable, as I am only alerted to the issue when individual customers reach out. More importantly, these orders should never have been shipped with DAI Post in the first place as my settings say 'Australia Post only' and I have contacted support multiple times to tell them not to ever use DAI Post on my account.
After each incident, I request that my shipping settings be reviewed to ensure it does not happen again and they ensure me everything is set up correctly. However, within weeks, the same issue reoccurs. As a result, I am often forced to reship orders at my own expense because the DAI Post delivery timeframes are excessively long and tracking updates are vague, which reflects poorly on my business.
While I have encountered other issues with ShipBob, this ongoing carrier problem is by far the most frustrating. Despite repeatedly stating “Never ship with DAI Post — Australia Post only,” the issue continues to happen.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ShipBob as a reliable fulfilment partner.
Keep clear of their UK Warehouse!
*3/2/26 - I'm updating this to a 3 star review. Their support team reached out to me and finally resolved the issue, but that doesn't change the fact I was left hanging for 1.5 months*
We've been using Shipbob for over 2 years now. Their US product is okay and things have been smooth but their UK warehouse has been an absolute disaster - do not use.
They have currently misplaced 20 units of our inventory (expensive electronics) worth over $4000 and continue to waste our time with little to no customer support. The inventory got incorrectly packed for 4 month old B2B order that was previously fulfilled but was not marked as completed by the warehouse. Then they aren't able to locate the inventory to unpack and restock it. All kinds of amateurish mix-ups.
I literally have 25 messages from customer support reporting to me that they are "checking with the warehouse". There is no acknowledgement that this is completely unprofessional and damaging to our business.
Good quality and transparent service
Good quality and transparent service. Responsive customer support.
Responsive and Reliable Support Team
My experience with ShipBob’s support team has been very positive. They are responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.
Even when technical issues can’t be resolved immediately, the team follows up with clear updates and explanations. That consistency and reliability make a big difference when managing fulfillment operations.
Wow - waste of time
So unprofessional. The shipbob representative shows up 15 minutes late for our call only for me to learn his job is just to qualify me to talk to someone else in sales? I waited days for this? What a waste of time. And no prep whatsoever - couldn't even spend 10 seconds before our call to get an idea of what we sell from our site. "You sell beauty products, yes?" He then asks me how much our annual marketing budget was for our products, and if we planned to spend more on our new product launches? What? We've been in business 27 years - what a stupid question to ask. And why would we share any marketing or budget info with a company we don't know? I can see why people online say this company has gotten too big and become a joke compared to service-oriented 3PL's. No way we could ever have the confidence to grow our business with shipbob - you have to come already prepared to fit inside their very tight box. No pun intended.
