Great Partner

ShipBob has been a great partner for our business over the past three years. Working with them is quite seamless, but if anything does come up, their team is ready to problem solve until the job is done.

Great service from ShipBob

ShipBob reporting and dashboard is state of the art and helps our company track the inventory, receiving orders and fulfillments. We also recently added a new ShipBob warehouse in the UK and ShipBob onboarding team was very quick and efficient in getting it set up. ShipBob also responds very quickly to any queries and is truly a trusted partner to American Aires. Our relationship person, Aadi, has been of instrumental help in resolving issues, offering advice and making sure everything runs smoothly. Thank you for the excellent work.

Our merchant success specialist is AMAZING! Savi is quick to respond to emails and is always helpful, going above and beyond what was needed.

ShipBob website updates are making the site easier for me to use, and I appreciate how much time that saves me.

Reliable 4PL Partner

Working with ShipBob has been a strong addition to our business operations. Their platform makes inventory management and fulfillment straightforward, and the visibility they provide across orders, stock, and shipping timelines has been very useful. The integrations with our sales channels were smooth.

Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and ShipBob consistently delivers accurate fulfillment with quick turnaround times. This has helped us keep customers satisfied while scaling with more confidence.

Solid WMS & MSM

The WMS is intuitive and extremely user-friendly
(it's the simplest system I’ve encountered in e-commerce fulfillment). This simplicity makes onboarding and training efficient, and the platform is robust enough that it significantly reduces the likelihood of user error, which we value highly.

Our MSM, Elyse, has been outstanding. She is consistently responsive, organized, and helpful. From a client perspective, her support instills confidence that everything is being handled properly and efficiently. She also does an excellent job keeping us aligned and informed on all relevant updates.

We are absolutely loving ShipBob so far! Communication with Customer Service is always smooth and at a great level. All of our questions and concerns are addressed properly and resolved quickly, which we highly value. The efficiency of their work is also excellent. WMS efficiency

Before implementing ShipBob’s Warehouse Management System, we managed our two brands in one warehouse with a very manual process. Since transitioning to ShipBob, our order fulfillment system has become significantly more streamlined, and inventory accuracy has improved dramatically. The WMS has brought much needed efficiency and organization to our operations.

An update on our nightmare with…

An update on our nightmare with Shipbob. After all these issues mentioned in my previous review, we found a trustworthy 3PL in the NL. We gave Shipbob a months notice (which they didn't even require) We informed them that the date we put the order in was Monday the 25th of August. We had to close down trading. Shipbob informed us today (Wed) that they didn't pick a single items so far. They are also unable to promise that finished the stock count and preparing the order takes more then 2 business days. Even though they could have prepared for over 3 weeks.

So now our new 3PL is unable to pick up the stock (valued
at around 200.000 Euro), we can't trade, and shipbob
customer service is unable to assist due to no
communication channel with on the ground facilities.
We're planning to pursue this in court and demand
compensation for lost trading days. It is an ongoing nightmare. I can't wait for it to end. Oh and by the way: The delay of the picking was due to them discovering stock that hasn't been countet in since March!! We lost 10.000 of thousand of dollars with Shipbob, we lost good customer connections. This really hurt our business.

Pretty Solid

I had helpful people resolve the problems we ran into ASAP, price per fulfillment was cheaper or the same as when I did it myself, pretty fast turnaround but some issues we ran into when we did PRE-ORDER.

Worst logistics experience you can find

We could have not imagined a worse situation than what we’ve had with Shipbob over the last 4 months.

Shipbob charged us (unexpectedly) 1000 USD for a container unload in May and now they just lost a whole pallet of 120 pieces. Inventory gone. Not even talking about the wrong warehouse assigned to us once we already delivered a whole container or the shipping costs 2x higher than expected...

You may not care about your company performance and reputation but we care about ours. Shipbob is the worst logistics partner you can find.
