Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed support. One of the biggest advantages is their distributed warehouse network, which allows us to strategically store inventory closer to our customers and get products delivered faster.

“Reliable and Efficient Fulfillment Partner!"

I am extremely impressed with ShipBob's services! Their technology and fulfillment solutions make transporting goods from Australia to the US incredibly seamless. They handle packing and shipping our orders efficiently, allowing our company to run smoothly and meet our customers' needs without a hitch. Akshita Chauhan has been a fantastic support, providing excellent guidance every step of the way. I highly recommend ShipBob for their outstanding service and reliability!

Most Incompetent 3PL Partner I've Ever Worked With

I am the Head of Supply Chain at a company that owns and operates a portfolio of 9+ DTC brands that run primarily on the Shopify platform, and I've consulted with many other brands in addition. I don't usually post on these forums but feel compelled given my experience - I've worked with dozens of 3PL partners and Shipbob is the worst partner I've ever worked with. Their shipping rates were overly punitive and uncompetitive (in our case 40%+ above market rates). They stopped carrying a box size that was critical to reducing our longer-length product's shipping costs and made us pay out of pocket for box inventory and manage replenishment (I've worked with several other 3PL's who carry this box size in inventory with no issue). When we were able to finally renegotiate rates and convince them to carry our box again, they signed the contract and never replenished the box inventory, causing our shipping costs to balloon higher than they were before the renegotiated contract. They have made unwanted inventory transfers to other facilities in their network which resulted in lost inventory and increased shipping cost. Our experience has been a constant stream of incompetence and negligence from Shipbob, and I would recommend talking to literally any other 3PL partner first before considering them.

Run Away from Shi*Bob

I don't normally post bad reviews but after today's debacle, I am inclined to say something about this fulfillment provider. As one reviewer commented, don't walk away from them, RUN! I think all the good reviews that are posted are done internally. Customer service is horrendous. You could barely get anybody on the phone to discuss issues. After wiring a payment (because for some reason my ACH didn't work) so I can get all my inventory out, I am still having issues with them loading the truckers! I had to have the trucker come 3 times because 1. The load was not ready, 2. The portal doesn't show the wire payment and my account is on hold. In addition to this mess, we talked to different people in customer service and I think everyone is customer service is being taught how to handle customers by giving them the run around and conflicting information. Up until now, my load has not been picked up! I am peeved!!!! They might as well call themselves Shi*Bob!!!

Shipbob is probably the most frustrating business I have ever worked with!

Shipbob is probably the most frustrating company to work with that I have done business with. Their shipping prices are high, and nobody has the authority to make a decision. After using them for about 5 months, I decided to move my inventory to Amazon at the end of November.
After creating my order to send to Amazon, I found it was too much to send all at once. Shipbob literally held my inventory for more than 30 days (effectively shutting down my store) before sending a partial order to Amazon, and we had more than 100 emails back and forth to get that done!!!
Than to get a simple prepaid UPS order of 14 cases sent to Amazon. It took over a week for them to get the shipment out.
Now, four months after starting this process, I have finally gotten my inventory out and a $2,000+ refund for their overcharges. Don't walk away - Run!!!

Everything is great

Their customer service is great! Chat support are always available when in need. Regarding the process, Everything went smoothly. No problems at all. The fulfillment of orders has been great so far.

They lost several packages at East…

They lost several packages at East wearhosue right from the start. I had to open a case with them and even though they refunded, they should have been the one opening the case automatically when they saw stock was missing. Being overcharged for shipping rates. Something that costs us 8 USD to fulfill is about 28 USD with shipbob. Lastly over the last 4 weeks, they prit the label but product is not going out of their warehouse until 3or 4 days latter. Not acceptable. Their customer support is not much help. I read a lot of negative reviews but still thought to give them a try. Will be retracing all our inventory from them this month.

They shipped around 300 units for me for TikTok shop, everything is good so far. No issues with invalid tracking or late shipment like I had with some other 3PLs
