Awesome all around

The pickup and drop off was timely but…

The pickup and drop off was timely but someone broke the zipper on my daughter’s bag. The bag was sent to me taped up. Am I supposed to be reimbursed for the damage?

Make it easy on yourself ...

We used Ship Camps so our student did not have to worry about luggage at the airport. It was easy to drop off and delivery at the end of camp was super easy - it just arrived!

Trunk damaged in shipment

The delivery service used by ship camps damaged the trunk. They did not handle the trunk properly or carefully and thus ripped the lock off the trunk

Great Experience

In the past, we have used other companies to ship my kid's luggage to camp, but I'm so happy that we discovered Ship Camps. Ship Camps was fast and easy, a bit less expensive than the other company we used in the past, but one of the best parts was the tracking, and that the bags arrived so quickly back home once camp was over. We will be sure to use Ship Camps in the future!
