Shippii seems to have disappered form the earth. They pick-up your stuff and then they don't deliver. They are thieves. You get robbed. They don't answer and your order is gone when trying to track
No delivery
Order has been ready for pick-up since march 22. Still haven't received anything. Shippii doesn't reply to any of my mails.
The absolutly worst company
The absolutly worst company, order a transport and they sent transportpapers, 3 weeks later nothing.
No answer after 4 mail, doesn't seems to care anything about the customers.
Lost the order or only they are a false company, really dont now!
Absolutely not ok, may consider making a report to get the money back which they also seem to refuse as they don't answer no matter how you try to reach them!

I am sending you this Complaint to express that I am extremely unpleased with the delivery of my order from Netpris to Finland.
The delivery took a month and a week (from Jan 9th to Feb 13th) Obviously, the reason for the delay is that Shippii has chosen the transportation Company Bring, (it was the only option available to me), which however is operating only inside Finland. Therefore my parcels were standing at the departure point about a month. The price of the transportation was almost double compared to the similar previous ones.
In addition, I tried to contact Shippii many times, but despite the kind promise to answer the questions as soon as possible, below, no information to me at all was sent.
The delay in leverans caused me additional big problems, because the order was aimed to the parties we were organizing.
I am requiring the sum of money I paid for the transportation, to be returned to me immediately.

We ordered goods from netpris.dk on 1 February. A whole pallet. 660kg. You have all paid long ago!! Also Shippii/Bring DKK 1200!! As well as approximately DKK 6,000 for the net price. But no response from you. No contact.
How can you run a business like this, I really need to report you all to the police. Do you want an even more damaged reputation!?

After 26 days of waiting for a package from Germany to Denmark, I've received no updates despite repeated attempts to contact them via chat and email. Their lack of response and poor service are unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of Shippii. I feel robed, and I am escalating my case for the proper authorities today.

Placed and order on 25 October
Placed and order on 25 October . Shippii was meant to collect it and they decided to split the order . 200kr beers have arrived and the rest of the booze worth 2500kr has never arrived . Described as damaged in transit . They apparently made a claim to PostNord but never seen a prof of it. Since January they don't even answer my emails anymore . One star is too much for a service like that!

Customer service's phone number doesn't even connect and they don't answer in emails either. Avoid this company if possible.

They confirmed the lost order but then they ended to help me and stopped to answer my emails. Would not recommend Shippii to anyone in Sweden.
