Unfortunately Amazon has now become to…
Unfortunately Amazon has now become to big they want to fit to many items in the bag, they have not thought through the implications of expanding no staff to carry it through, from a good reliable respect online company now a much hated greedy unreliable company, shoddy good, late deliveries poor customer service and dodge ball with Corporation Tax. These market place shopping all going the same way, let’s go back to the high street at leased you see what your buy and take it with you.
No delivery
Ordered a birthday present from Pandora who sent the package with amazon. I paid extra for next day delivery and its not arrived. Poor service, won't use again.
Amazon shipping tracking is sh***
Amazon shipping tracking advised that my parcel was in St Helens at just after midnight, today 10 July.
Tracker still showed my parcel would still be delivered to me today in Scotland. Thought it may have been sent up to Scotland in the early hours and would be delivered.
Have waited in all day and still no further update on my parcel.
Contacted call centre who advised that the package was still in St Helens and would probably not be delivered today. Statement of the century.
Was advised probably tomorrow for delivery, guess what, I'm not in tomorrow, hence the reason for the delivery today.
Why can't couriers just be honest with their online tracker portals.
Its approx 250miles from the sorting hub to my address, just do us all a favour, put your hands up and admit that once again you've got it wrong.
One final thought before I click submit, get people to read the reviews on your behalf. Design some sort of diagram detailing reviews and thoughts of customers, sit down and discuss "how can we do better?" and maybe, just maybe, people will start liking you.
How would you feel if the roles were reversed?
Useless
With such a large company as they are, do they actually do any driver/delivery training? In my experience no unless they say run up the drive, drop the delivery on the mat, take a picture and run back to the van. There are still some who actually do ring or knock and hand it to people but not many.
Delivered to totally wrong area of city
Amazon have delivered my last 4 deliveries to different wrong addresses. I ordered today, gave specific delivery instructions which have been ignored, again.
It has taken me 2 hours each time over 5 days for their system to acknowledge a problem and give me a refund. No recognition of my time, my inconvenience or my stress. I have Amazon Prime and I will be cancelling as soon as I have resolved the current issue.
Amazon becoming unreliable
Amazon are starting to become unreliable, I've just ditched eBay because of this, I guess Amazon will be next. Think I'll be going back the the high street.
I had an Amazon delivery today
I had an Amazon delivery today, order #PRN-134766, the driver walked past me and I called to him, which he ignored. I was standing in my garage and he decided to go out of his way to drop the package at the front door which is exposed to the sun and rain. I asked him to give me the package, he completely ignored me and left. I love Amazon but absolutely hate their delivery people.
I orderd a product and got no delivery on that day, instead they told me the would come 4 days later
I orderd a product and got an delivery date from Amazon, they would deliver the package on sunday no time mentioned. I waited all day an at 17.00hr I got an email that they wold net deliver my package this day but 4 days later on thursday. I think that they would haven known this earlier but left me waiting the whole day.
I received an email stating my parcel…
I received an email stating my parcel had been left in a safe place. There is a security doorbell at the property that had not been rung. There was no image attached to the email to indicate where the safe place was.
Upon further investigation, a relative attended at the property and discovered the parcel had been left on the path at the rear of the house. Upon checking the CCTV, the driver was seen dropping the parcel over the top of a locked 6' high wooden gate where it landed on the flagged path. The parcel was a Lenovo tablet and when I opened the packaging, which was damaged, discovered that the tablet would not turn on. I immediately tried to complain and was told to return the parcel via the post office and payment would be refunded.
Absolutely atrocious customer service, how can delicate items be delivered in such manner?
It will be the last thing I ever order from Amazon, I ordered the tablet for prompt delivery as I am leaving the country again after a short holiday so haven't got time to return the tablet and at this moment I have not been refunded. Avoid them at all costs.
Late notification of large delivery…
Late notification of large delivery window
Waited in only to find it had been changed to 2 hours late.
Basically waited in for a whole day due to a signature requirement.
Best avoided.
Used to always get my parcels at a…
Used to always get my parcels at a sensible time. Now Amazon prime always delivers much later than the first time they assign you and mostly in the evenings, which is not suitable. How to grow too big, too fast and deliver shit customer service. Just like Tescos!
Hit and run delivery drivers.
Amazon delivery drivers are probably the very worst menace on the roads in my local area. I have seen posts regarding the lack of due care shown by Amazon drivers many times via social media. Today I witnessed a speeding Amazon delivery van driving through a quiet village before smashing into a stationary white Audi, the force of the impact slowed the Amazon van but he soon sped up and drove off, leaving bits of his van in the road. This was at school leaving time. What this twit doesn’t realise is that he has been caught on cctv as well as phone footage. For such a large company it beggars belief that they employ such terrible drivers .
Drivers routinely lie
Drivers routinely lie, they are shameless. "Delivered to a safe location" when the front door is available. Company couldn't care less, makes you wait 3 days before their automated chat service even allows you to request a refund. Do yourself a favour, buy from somewhere else that uses Royal Mail or another courier like UPS and forget Amazon.
Like a lot of the reviews here
Like a lot of the reviews here, just had a delivery where the driver just dumped the package and ran. Outside front door in full view of the street.
Amazon Logistics are Terrible
All my Prime orders over the past week have been either Late or not received at all
Amazon seem to be having major logistic issues
Don’t order anything that you need the next day ! (Or week)
The delivery driver was less than 6…
The delivery driver was less than 6 inches from doorbell and never pressed it. Glad we have 3 security cameras at the front to catch the delivery, so idle, lazy or just dgaf nowadays!!
No matter what time I place a order it…
No matter what time I place a order it never gets delivered till pm the folling day I think it depends on your post code if it's in a posh part you will get delivery am.Two packages delivered this week driver never knocked parcel left in plain sight when challenged the driver could nearly speak English will start buying elsewhere in future.
Once again taken a delivery and the…
Once again taken a delivery and the driver couldn't be bothered to even ring the doorbell, which has a camera. Both my wife and I were at home and the driver just left it at the side of my house. Only reason I knew it was delivered was when the email came through. Extremely poor service as per usual from the delivery team
What ROTTEN DELIVERY SEVICE.
What ROTTEN DELIVERY SEVICE. AMAZON🤬🤬🤬
READ YOUR REVIEWS!!!!
WE PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!
After waiting in all day we are informed that the delivery wil be in the afternoon. Each time we check exactly when it wil now be delivered, the time has changed til even later !
IS THERE ANYONE AT AMAZON IN CHARGE😡
WHY DONT WE ALL DEMAND A REFUND?
PERHAPS THEY WILL GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER THEN?
Terrible logistics and customer service
Terrible logistics and rubbish customer service for senders
My parcel was "accidently" rerouted to several depo's before arriving at my local one witch pushed my delivery date back a week.
