It's absolutely worthless
It's absolutely worthless. We paid to integrate this with our inventory software and the first container we tracked was off by a month. They blame the carriers for not updating them, but it still means you cannot trust this data.
Here is what ShipsGo says:
"Yes, the vessel has arrived. However, the carrier has not shared any ETA on their side. Because of that, the system get the data from the vessel, but since the carrier did not update the date, the system appears to have kept the same date. The shipment has now been updated. However, there is still no arrival or discharge information available from the carrier side."
