Worst experience

Worst experience! Do NOT drive for this platform! They offer you Multiple orders at a time, then send you on wild goose chase delivering them out of order. They penalize you calling you guilty of Violating" their "agreement" if you are "late" delivering an order.... Without taking into consideration that you go above and beyond on every single order to communicate with the customer regarding unavailable items and progress. I was the "Preferred Shopper" for Many and literally FIRED without warning, my account DEACTIVATED so I didn't have access to the app or any of my work history. AND I was Still owed $$ for several orders PLUS I had to pay my OWN money $75 for an order before I was even able to address it in the app. I had to email them my situation and they said they would review it and get back to me which they NEVER did. I am a licensed medical professional with YEARS of customer service experience. The way this entity does business is SHADY and completely Unethical. I was cut off , robbed, and made to feel like a criminal when THEY are the real crooks! Absolutely disgusting and I wouldn't consider working with them in any capacity for Any amount of money. Be warned

Not delivered/no picture when delivered

Ordered a PS5 controller that was $85 and it said it was delivered and it never was. There was no image available when it said delivered. That way if it was delivered to the wrong place I would’ve been able to see if it was at the wrong place if there was a picture. Hannah didn’t do good.

Horrible service to work for

Horrible service to work for. I have worked for numerous delivery services and this one is the worst by far. They don't want to pay for all the mileage you drive for customers. Customers don't tip well so you would think the service would make up for it. You can't access your pay whenever you want. There is also not a thorough explanation about pay. I will no longer work for this service and I hope it get shuts down

Shipt redeemed

If I could give it a zero I would. Order some Target for delivery today between 4:00 and 6:00. I got delayed three times that I knew I wasn't going to get it today so I canceled. People just going to the store and buy your stuff.

6/22/25 Update..I decided to try shipt thru Target again. Well they redeemed themselves and thank you Ken for my delivery!!

This company is horrible as well as prejudice. They don’t take Black people serious. They treat them like they’re nothing and it’s just nothing that you can do about it is sick. I was a delivery driver for this company. I was always on time as well as putting wear and tear on my vehicle just be treated as anything. I will come to the sortation center to pick up my packages to deliver. I will have at lease 5 to 6 huge boxes +30 to 40 small boxes sometimes I was not able to take one or two packages even though they have the size of your vehicle they still try to overload your vehicle to the point. It was people putting in packages on top of their vehicle. I’m a woman I can’t get on top of my tire and tap boxes down so they won’t fly off as I’m driving, you all have my vehicle size it never should be in a situation where I just have too many packages and is unable to fit them in my car. now my account is deactivated, as if I did something wrong.

Shipt delivery of order fromTarget (5 stars; offered replacement or refund). Several times Shipt delivery personnel have NOT followed directions: Do Not Leave in Lobby- signs posted. Leave at apt door! In my case, it is medically necessary. This last delivery was left in lobby of wrong building!! By the time located by resident in that building and arrangement to have it brought to me; it was taken. I don’t want to stop ordering delivery from Target but they need better consequences for Shipt so service is acceptable. Would never personally utilize them. 🥴

Ordered from Target at 7:11 pm to be delivered by 9-10 pm. Was contacted by Target at 9 PM saying my order couldn't be delivered today and that it would be delivered tomorrow between 9-10 am. I called Shipt, and was told that they would wait two hours to find a delivery person. I have babies, and they needed their milk. Why have that slot open if you're not sure if you're going to have someone to deliver the order? Communication between Shipt and the stores it works with needs to be improved. If I wanted my order tomorrow, I would have picked a tomorrow date. They offered me $10 reward, and I still get my order tomorrow. I don't want $10, I want my order on the day I chose. I would have just pressed pick up if this were the case. Don't wait two hours to find a delivery person; unacceptable Shipt.

Shipt Canceled my account For No Reson

Shipt Canceled my account For the second time because I was collecting $200+ a day… I have over $100 in my account right now and the Shipt corporation has blocked my phone number and will not respond to my emails, with no information on how to get my money… The Customer Service Reps are rude and don’t know how to help the customers even during the work shift the customer service reps have bad communication skills and they are very impatient.

Shipt is a good way to make fast cash but the security system is trash, the customer service representatives are rude and don’t help you properly! And If you’re making too much they flag your account && Keep the money you made with no real explanation!!!

So I have used Meijer's delivery

So I have used Meijer's delivery, which uses "Shipt," the last 2 times I have placed an order for a specific time, they have constantly delayed my order, stating that there were too many orders received. I placed my order at 6:20 am for an 8:00 am delivery. I was texted at the beginning of the hour that my order could not be processed until the following hour. By the third time I received a notice that my order would be delayed, I called and said, 'Cancel.' They wanted to guarantee my order this time, but I said, "Nope I don't have a problem ordering from anywhere else, and I will never order from you again."

As a Shipt Shopper

As a Shipt Shopper, I’ve always taken pride in delivering high-quality service to customers and upholding the standards expected by the company. However, my recent experience with Shipt has been deeply disappointing.

Despite my consistent performance and dedication, I’ve found Shipt's support for its shoppers to be severely lacking. When concerns or allegations arise, the company is often vague, providing little to no detail about supposed violations of the Shopper Agreement. Instead of fostering transparency or offering a fair opportunity to resolve issues, the process feels one-sided and dismissive.

Shoppers are the backbone of this platform, and yet there is little accountability or effort from the company to clearly communicate or support us when questions or challenges occur. We deserve better—clear expectations, fair treatment, and open communication.

I hope Shipt leadership takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more respectful, transparent, and supportive environment for the shoppers who help make their business possible.

This company cannot comprehend what a…

This company cannot comprehend what a delivery window is. I ordered food that needed to be refrigerated so I placed the order for between 5-6 to make sure someone would be home. They first started processing order at 11:40 am!!! I told the driver this was way too early and the driver said the company said deliver anyway. The order had to be canceled and reorder again for the same time frame and at 3:30 pm again I'm told my order is being completed, mind you this was for 2 items and I specified NO early delivery both times. Because of this I will never do delivery through Target or any other company that uses Shipt. Poor customer service and apparently nobody has any brains to understand anything 😕

Horrible service, majority of shoppers don’t have manners , you can tell they don’t even know how to do groceries for themselves and if you ask a question very kindly they just snap on you . They should be pleasant because TIPS 💵 matter !

Do not ever buy from a company that uses Shipt rather than a professional delivery service. Best Buy does. My television was not delivered to my door. It was dropped off at the open garage of a 20 story condo complex in the rain.

There driver are thieves

There driver are thieves, they will put your order in another door take picture and update successfully delivered, then you will be fighting for refund and replacement, in my case, the delivery picture is totally different from my door, target denied refund and replacement, I order a ninja blender and the shopper thinks he/she has get away with it, spiritually I will fight for my money back, that’s my hard earned money and Shipt driver stole my blender
