I saw that my order was missing my cabbage and I rated my delivery driver prematurely like an idiot. I rated her 4 stars. Then, I unpack my order. Wow!!! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board and it would be much higher if possible. The best anyone could had done. I was so impressed I'd tip her a $100 if I had it. I can't go back but she should get a raise. She gives the upmost highest standard of customer service in a world where it doesn't exist anymore.. so impressive!! Thank you!!

As a worker with Shipt I experienced…

As a worker with Shipt I experienced that they are to harsh on their workers. I literally started two weeks ago and delivered 50 orders in New York City. They deactivated my account with no warning or phone call or anything. What a way to treat your workers! All they sent was an email that said If you don’t have 90 percent on time in your first 50 orders we deactivating your account. So I’m guessing it about tardiness for deliveries. When I first started they were giving me one order at a time then after 10 order every single order is two locations and sometime you have four locations to go to with two bundle orders within the same 1hr window In New York City one of the busiest cities in united states. So that being said I understand I didn’t complete 90 percent orders on time but everyone deserves a second chance.It was simple as suspending me and then I would know not to take up so many orders but permanently taking me off the app is crazy.

Shipt is scamming members out of their money.

My shopper accidentally left the Publix grocery store receipt in my bag of groceries. The receipt was for $114.97. Shipt charged me $142.24 for this order. They do not give you any store prices or buy one get one free things that are advertised on their site for the store you are ordering from. They let you believe you are getting these and make you buy two of these items which they give you no discount on. You pay for these items and they keep the savings money at Shipt . This is a scam operation. They are making money on top of grocery store already over inflated prices and the membership holder that pays $10 plus per month is the one paying for it. And then you’re supposed to tip the Shopper on top of being overcharged by $30 for the groceries they bought for you. Shipt is only giving the Shopper 6 to 8 dollars for their efforts. Look at that profit that Shipt is making on top of their monthly membership charge. Shame on this company. I only wish I could’ve gotten an actual receipt with my groceries in the bag left five years ago. Because I would’ve canceled it then and wouldn’t have been scammed for the last five years by Shipt .

Target Won't Accept Returns on Shipt Orders

I have been a Shipt member for almost 5 years. Generally, we have been pleased with the service. Unfortunately today I learned that you may not return an item to Target if in an order placed through Shipt. Since I'm already paying for a delivery service, I didn't want to pay $9.99 for a Target delivery. Therefore I placed the order with Shipt. After receiving the item, I decided the item was more than I needed. Attempted to take it back to Target, but was told they would not accept a return of an item ordered through Shipt. Shipt told me I was stuck with the item - maybe I could "give it away" if I didn't want it. This may very well be their policy, but I've seen nothing that communicated that policy to me. There should be a disclaimer in a dialogue box that pops up every time you select Target as your "store". Target wants to sell it's membership program, so it has no incentive to cooperate with Shipt and Shipt management has made no effort to explain that to their customers. Beware.

SHIPT is to be avoided unless you don't mind paying much more

This review is for the delivery company SHIPT. After using Shipt for years, I realized that the charges they show you in the email for the products you bought have nothing to do with the product's actual price. In addition to paying for membership for the convenience, Shipt inflates the cost of the items! For example, I was charged $64 + tip for my last delivery. However, the actual cost of the items came to $46. I never saw the fine print where they say they can "charge you whatever they want regardless of the cost of the item." I don't even know if they have fine print. I suggest you stay away or cancel your membership. I believe I paid $6000 more for my groceries than I needed to over the last 4.5 years. I should have been informed upfront that they inflate the prices. SHAME ON SHIPT. And shame on me for trusting them. Never again.

Wow what a joke of a company. You select a delivery window and the lazy driver says they are running late and just automatically changes the deliver time without any approval.

You are not a customer, you are just a number with this company.

i was a shopper and was removed without notice. i did everything they asked and still was removed even after due to a storm lateness would be excused. i did a dispute and months later still havent heard anything. i only been a shopper for 3 months if that. this company is horrible.

I will be cancelling my account

I will be cancelling my account. I see no value in your services or customer support. No need to waste time in talking with your agents who cannot listen, articulate or resolve issues. You have good shopper who I will continue to use via Meijers maybe. Disappointed in your program not being transparent on the cost value and mark up on products and services. I save a lot more going directly thru Meijers and it far exceeds the cost of your wasted membership.

I placed an order with Best Buy that was delivered TOO EARLY

I placed an order with Best Buy. Apparently, they use Shipt. The order was not supposed to arrive until FEBRUARY 14, 2025 the day of installation. instead they delivered it on FEBRUARY 12, 2025 and left the electronics OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN! I told the driver to take it back that it was not supposed to be delivered until Feb. 14. The driver practically ran away and drove off.

Best Buy online chat people (I would like to call them something else) are not based in the U.S. and just LOVE to trick and lie to American customers. I was very specific as to what I needed and when.

Target Order placed 2/11/25

Target Order placed 2/11/25. Delivery time was changed 3 times. When I called about the order, I was told no one had picked it up. Therefore, who knows when that would occur. I canceled the order. Clearly, I’m paying for a service with target membership that includes free same day delivery, but it was not explained , it went thru a contracted company and you are at the mercy of a shopper to fulfill your order.

Shipt’s Unfair Policies Set Shoppers Up for Failure

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shipt’s policies, especially as a new shopper. The way they handle timing issues is completely unfair. If a customer doesn’t respond or suddenly asks for additional items after the shopping is already completed, it puts the shopper in a tough spot—yet Shipt penalizes us for the delay.

Even worse, they often assign two orders that are supposed to be shopped and delivered within the same time frame. This makes it nearly impossible to be “on time,” yet Shipt holds it against the shopper instead of acknowledging their unrealistic scheduling.

Shoppers are doing their best to provide great service, but the lack of flexibility and understanding from Shipt is disheartening. Instead of supporting their shoppers, they seem more focused on punishing them for things out of their control. Shipt needs to reconsider these policies if they truly value their shoppers.

THEY NEVER CANCELED MY ACCT- I HAVE PAID OVER $600

I have paid over $600 because it was NEVER CANCELED AFTER I CONTACTED THEM!
So disappointed. I signed up for the 2 week free trial 4 years ago and tried to cancel it before the 2 weeks was up. I was on hold for over 45 mins twice and then I finally just emailed support (I could not cancel on the app/website because if was a trial). In the email I confirmed I wanted it canceled, date, name, number and my email. I assumed they would do it. Well never assume! Dumb me... 4 years later I am paying my credit card and see they are still charging me $14 a month! That is over $600! I know some of this is my responsibility but I canceled, have never used it and have never seen one single contact from them since the trial to indicate anything differently.

Shipt is awful

I joined Target’s new delivery plan and have at least attempted to use it once. I say attempted because the order was rescheduled twice yesterday and now once already today. I have my doubts that it will ever be delivered. Clearl, Shipt doesn’t compensate it shoppers well enough to get their attention even in a college town. Additionally, and this may be a Target problem, I couldn’t add the tip ahead of time. That means in a college town, a shopper doesn’t know if they’re getting a tip or not. I wouldn’t take the order either. I will also be reviewing Target’s program. The only saving grace to that was my neck cost for the year was $19. Although I wanted to be able to order from my daughter at school, I have confidence that I will be able to get some deliveries at least to my residence to make it worth the $19 for the year. Shipt, however, is just plain awful.
