Our experience with ShipTo was extremely disappointing.
We relied on ShipTo to handle international forwarding, and the process became a prolonged, expensive nightmare.
Our shipments were delayed for nearly 60 days, communication was poor, and when customs issues arose, there was little proactive support. The most valuable item in the shipment was a laptop, yet customs processing became a major issue due to what appears to have been incomplete or unclear shipment declaration details.
Instead of helping resolve the situation, we were left to deal with confusion, escalating fees, and constant stress between the forwarding company and DHL/customs.
A shipping forwarder’s role is to make international shipping easier—not leave customers stranded when problems occur.
Because of the delays, lack of meaningful support, and overall poor experience, we would not recommend ShipTo.
