Veho delivery is great. Every delivery from them is on time, packages arrive clean and in great condition.

I am new to Veho deliveries. But today I was informed of a delivery coming and when it arrived in front of my door. Very good service. The only thing I would say, while I do live in a safe neighborhood, would be to put the package behind a pillar, out of street view, just in case.

Tracking was provided and package was delivered when they said it would be.

They delivered my package to wrong address the drivers are lazy and will now follow directions they won’t even call your phone you leave on the order and don’t feel responsible to make it right shop should never use them ever your better off partnering with Amazon

I received the picture showing my delivered packaged. When I went outside onto my front porch , no package, checked I. Front of the garage no package. Checked my mailbox area, no package. The next morning I found the package at the beginning of our driveway near to a tree. Usually our packages are delivered to our front porch. Our driveway is easily accessible. It also rained during the night so I was thankful the packaging was sealed well.

Fast shipping, faster than most shippers when I order from Tictok. The notifications of my package location, and when it's delivered with a picture is top notch service!

This company is horrible. They l9st my package . And there response is contact under amour . They lost the package . I won't buy anything that uses this company. Beware of this company

Didn't deliver my package and then tried to tell me to talk to the manufactures about getting a refund even though they were the ones that messed up the order.

Three times I have had expensive items delivered from Veho to my home. I live in a gated community and have a picket fence around my property there is no latch on the gate and it is easy to open. The driver simply throws my packages over the gate. I have complained twice and tonight I had two Kashmir bathrobes over $300 in price, an enormous rainstorm with huge thunder and lightning going on in my hometown and I noticed that my items had been delivered by Veho. Guess where they were? Laying on the sidewalk covered with leaves and rain in a pounding rain storm, thrown over the gate. I complained again to the company who just said they were really sorry and they hoped it would be better than next time. I have also complained to the companies that used them to ship with of course they’re not going to change because of me but this is just an example of a poor company who uses the cheapest and poorest drivers trains them in the cheapest and poorest ways and doesn’t care how you get your package as long as you get it. When you pay for something nice you expect it to be on your front porch not laying in a rainstorm on the sidewalk don’t use them

Veho delivered on time and stayed in communication with my delivery.

Veho always delivers on time and they follow my delivery instructions to leave my package on my front porch. This is so appreciated because of porch pirates and also my porch is shaded and what is usually delivered is Tovala meals.

This company “delivered” my package allegedly to a community space that was not my door. I was there within two hours because I realized they left it out in the open. The package was gone. I believe the delivery driver took the package themselves and just submitted a picture. They couldn’t do anything to help me. I hope I never get a package delivered with this company again. Birthday ruined

On time delivery from this company. Package left at doorstep.

Two of my paid orders, delivered through VEHO, were marked as delivered but never actually received. I have lost both the shoes and my money. VEHO provides delivery photos, but the packages are not there in reality. This has happened more than once, and the photos have been treated as sufficient proof of delivery. Support has'nt provided any solution or investigation.It is unacceptable to be left without the purchased items or a refund. Be very careful when using VEHO delivery (I've ordered through GOAT).

Veho has been reliable! I appreciate the status texts. The only thing that can improve is always placing meal delivery boxes upright (occasionally our boxes were orientedincorrectly). When contents shift the meals are less appetizing.
