I know this company for some time and have purchased not once. Before it was better quality of services, in my eyes now it is going down. The worst thing for me is that they are always right and act as they want. Some examples:
- Give a free local shipping code and when try to use it it is not valid. Then they say it is for 'other' shipping that was not stated...
- My ex wife ordered shoes. It was damaged, the answers from shipzee was nothing about helping to change it. When wrote on FB group it was deleted.
- When they offer some shopping via FB groups it is almost no information at all. PEOPLE NEED INFO ABOUT SIZES AND MATERIALS.
- Some shipping packages packed in a bit too big boxes that doesnt suit for parcel locker, but sends via courier for multiply expenses. YOUN KNOW WHAT MARKET YOU ARE WORKING WITH, BE PROFESSIONALS AND GET RIGHT DIMENSIONS.
- No clear info how much you gonna totally pay. I try to calculate under their rules, but suddenly something extra (with stupid explanation).
- Customer support should be focused on customers, not only to be as a wall and could be more flexible. YOU KNOW IT IS CUSTOMERS. But they have one guy at ordering and/or customer service that is very helpful and professional.

Shipzee I treat like a lottery. U never can be sure :D

First of all, I want to say that in Lithuania Shipzee has its own office in Kaunas, and their company is called MB “Talentų sprendimai”. I had a bad experience because Shipzee blocked me in their FB group when I sent a link to a product to one woman. It was cheaper there than what Shipzee was advertising. It’s also likely that they arranged with another group’s admin to remove all my information about them — the posts were deleted without any explanation.
I received comments that I’m not the only person who gets blocked in their groups when they post links, because prices are hidden. I do not recommend them — always read reviews, especially the negative ones, and draw your own conclusions, because positive reviews are often bought (I don’t know if Shipzee does this).
I also found out that Shipzee sells Shein items. After my post, they removed everything.
Be careful when choosing intermediaries.

Scammers, stay away!!! they do not respond to their phone calls, take days to respond to your emails, delivery times are made up, after you pay you won't even get your order status udpated to (purchased) sometimes in over a month. I am shocked how this company is allowed to operate. If you will ever get your product it will be months later, be careful

Delivery times are completely made up. I purchased the item on April 17th and received it today (June 30th). Even though it was shipped by sea, the delivery times are not logical. When you write to them, they cannot provide a clear answer about the location of the parcel (by the way, they reply only once a day, usually at the end of the business day, and not always). They ship via AEC Parcel (which has the same owner as Shipzee), and their communication is poor as well.

Do they do the job (buy, arrange shipping, handle customs)? – Yes.
Do they do it within the indicated timeframes? – Definitely not.
Do they communicate well? – Definitely not.

Its really a good way to buy and ship items from US to LT. You pay and wait for a delivery in LT.

I had a very disappointing experience. I spent over a week communicating back and forth just to get the price for the hall. After all that time, when the hall price was finally provided, I found out that the cost of the product had gone up as well. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable. It felt like my time was wasted, and the overall process left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Avoid this company! If you want to lose money and get no orders from

I have ordered some stuff from their website. Offering deals which are much expensive than buying directly from seller. Shipping terms and customer service are terrible. Not recommend!

Paid premium for a 5-7 day shipping. I'm in EU, and the stuff I bought were from US. 13 days later, the package it's still not EVEN in EU.

Does not respond to previous complaints about excessive packaging.
Does not take any measures to avoid it.
Unfortunately, there is no place to attach a photo of the last shipment I received.

Purchased multiple items at a fantastic price. The items arrived on schedule, and I'm pleased with the overall cost savings. Comparing it to shipping items directly from Lithuania, this service proves more economical. Also, support works great and replies FAST.

Ordered through Shipzee.com couple of times. Very good prices, especially around the black friday period. Items arrive in good quality, everything is always clear with the tracking of the shipment. Recommended.

although I don't like subscribed letters to my e-mail, but Shipzee manages to show good deals that are relevant. after that shopping is like Christmas, low prices in USA, low prices for deliveries and awesome experience

I really like using shipzee, it's easy and relatively fast, no need to worry about imports when you get a quote in advance, which is a huge plus for me. I also find it cheaper if compared with shipping directly from the US. It does take up some additional time, but I'm fine with that as long as my items get to me safely.
