a complete and utter scam

a complete and utter scam, they contact people out of nowhere asking for money without justification, no invoices no references, they are bullying you to get old debts which in my case does not exist. I use paypall and stripe and they send me a bill from 2020 to pay worldpay when i have no connection

Relentless harassment despite…

Relentless harassment despite consistent payments.

I have been making regular monthly payments for over 18 months and have repaid a substantial portion of the balance. Payments are up to date and ongoing.

Despite this, I am subjected to daily phone calls, emails and letters, sometimes multiple in a day. This level of contact is unnecessary, stressful and completely disproportionate given that I am paying the debt.

I have asked for communication in writing only, yet the calls continue. The tone of correspondence is threatening, despite there being no missed payments and no refusal to pay.

This is not “debt recovery” — it is harassment. I would strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to keep everything in writing and log all contact.

This company has been calling me non…

This company has been calling me non stop for the last 2 months at least in regards to debt I have with Checkatrade.

I have explained that I emailed checkatrade to cancel my membership at the end of my one year contract, but they continued the renewal and were taking payments. So I cancelled my direct debits.

Now these guys are involved, and they have been harassing me nonstop.

Worst company i have ever dealt with

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Rude, aggressive and don't give a crap what position you are in. My business is everything to me and my family. They wont let you talk to a manger, i was told by someone who works there, i cant tell you if the manager will call you back! All companies have ups and downs and occasionally cant meet the payments. However i was happy to work with them as i had every intention to pay them what i owe but pay them something the company could afford. The sector were in has been hit hard in this country and it's a constant battle to keep our heads about water, but we carry on cause we love it and it means everything to us as family and it's all we know for all my life. I was told by Stacey who works there (most rudest person i have ever come across) " well if you can't pay you should close the company down" I have worked so bloody hard for my company and try my hardest every day to keep it going. How can you say that to someone who has worked bloody hard and put everything i had into my company from nothing, whilst you sat at a desk demanding money. Customer service!!!!!! To be told that is very unprofessional and disgusting. Don't deal with these idiots. Report them, best thing you can do. All these bad reviews tell you something about them!

Another scummy debt company

Another scummy debt company. Rude staff talk over you and just make up random fees to add on as they please.
Just to add anyone who has a debt with these muppets do not pay them directly go to the people the original debt is with and pay them. Saves paying any of shires fees. They lied to me and tried to bully me into paying 150 on top of what was owed. Got that wiped straight off by cutting them out of it completely.

How are these people allowed to operate ?

Being bombarded by calls, emails & texts from this grossly inefficient "company", chasing a non-existent debt which was cancelled by the original supplier almost five years ago ! Automated call messages with 'push [*] to reply' through a premium call-rate service, emails and texts from unrecognised 'no-reply' addresses, giving a number to call which doesn't exist. Complete scam

Nasty little company

Nasty little company, phone numbers come back as scam and fraud. They purchase debt for 20-30% of its value, totally hostile company, not interested in helping people afford repayment would happily see someone commit suicide if it meant an extra £30 repayment

Utterly unscrupulous to the nth degree

Utterly unscrupulous to the nth degree. Hassled me on the phone numerous times a day saying that I owed money and must pay now. They were very aggressive and when their tactics didn’t work the debt was given to Azzurro Associates who were equally hostile and they have now changed their name to Solaris Law. Why? Probably due to very negative reviews.
This can’t be used against me as I say this without prejudice. Beware of any of these people.
