Very happy with my latest bike, the staff are helpful and friendly, thank you to Daniel my sales person and to Andy who delivered my bike and took the trade ins away, service was above and beyond. I would recommend Shirlaws for your next bike.

I recently purchased a motorbike from the Triumph dealership in Aberdeen (Shirlaws Motorcycles), and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the start, my salesman Daniel Flett was absolutely incredible. I’ll be honest.. I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, as I had quite a few questions and requested several changes and modifications to the bike along the way. But Daniel was nothing short of patient, professional, and always made the process feel smooth and stress free.

The level of service I received from both Daniel and the wider Shirlaws team was top notch. I’m absolutely in love with the bike and genuinely grateful for how well everything was handled.

I’d highly recommend Daniel and the Shirlaws Motorcycle dealership to anyone. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I've bought a couple of bikes from Shirlaws over the last year and have found their service to be very professional and customer focused. A problem with the first bike was sorted out quickly and without question (unlike other dealers I could mention), which was a major reason I bought the second bike from them.
There's always a friendly greeting, even if only browsing, with plenty help available and no pushy sales talk. Special mention to Daniel, Liam and Rory in sales, and Rob in the service dept who have been extremely helpful with the purchase and support of the 2 bikes I've already bought.
I have no hesitation in recommending Shirlaws to anyone considering a new or used bike purchase, or any servicing work required.
By the way, the rowies and coffee upstairs are outstanding and worth a trip in themselves!

Traded in my KTM SDGT for 1390 SDR. What a bike the SDR is . Daniel from Shirlaws sales was easy to deal with and kept me up to speed once I placed a deposit, making the whole process super easy. I have been a customer of Shirlaws for many years and had various bikes over the years. Billy from service has also been helpful over the years. Range of clothing is huge. I do not have any worries when putting my bike there for a service or buying a bike.

Thanks to Daniel Frett for a hassle free purchase of the 701 , I wasn't at home to take delivery, my wife was and mentioned how nice the delivery guy was ,sorry I can't remember his name but thanks for getting the bike into the back garden.

After purchasing my last bike from shirlaws it was an easy decision to head back there for my new bike. Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase and Mark on the service side went out of his way to accommodate dates around me. I always highly recommend Shirlaws after buying my last bike there due to the friendly, relaxed and very welcoming atmosphere.

From Daniel Fletts help and support I was able to test potential purchase options before landing the correct bike for me. Partex of my bike was smooth and delivery of my chosen bike included.

Arrived back from QLD recently, >40 years in the saddle, seeking trusty new steed, I'd researched solutions, my search came down to a late model Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer, Aberdeen was on the radar.

On my 2nd visit to Shirlaws, there it was, Big TT Bluey staring at me, was about to be mine, Mark the Manager pounced from behind his office door to velcro the bike to my arse. It stuck!! Lol.

Deal done in record time enter Daniel to take me through Big TT Bluey's operational & tech aspects, smoothly & expertly guiding me through the Shirlaws buying process with ease.

Daniels communication & follow up through the buying process was exceptional, handover completed on time as planned.

Lewis & Louise the fitter outers & accessory hawkers in the clothing / merch shop swooped in to get their piece of the action, did great work together to listen & understand my needs, re-kit, itemise me, updating regularly as product selections became available.

In all sincerity the dynamics & professionalism of the Shirlaws Team was fairly laid back & homely whilst clear & deliberate in getting the right work done, demonstrating a level of patience as one shifts mindsets, knowledge & ways from a sub tropical hemisphere to here 🥶☔.

A long legged mantis, I was previous off of a beastly 1800cc / 370 Kg customised Cruiser with a 240mm back wheel which I had owned for many years to this style of ride was quite a change, but absolutely ecstatic with the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer, especially around the highlands.....wheeeeeee!

What a blast, the inline T Plane Triple sound, handling, balance, power (that 3rd gear is wow!!), suspension, range, brakes......not that I have needed to touch those that often...it's effortless.

Mark the Big Kahuna went out of his way to collect me from Stonehaven Rail Station for Daniel to finally plonk me in the saddle.....thanks pal :).

I have now completed phase 1 of return to Scottish Motorcyling with an allrounder customer centric Shirlaws Motorcycles experience.

Hopefully see you guys again real soon.

Picked up my new pre registered Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX this morning, I got a fantastic deal, bike refused by its intended buyer, (Kerr) due to being black & red and not typical Kawasaki green. Many thanks to Abby & Liam for taking care of me and keeping me updated throughout the whole process.

I'd been very keen on an R1 for years and decided to go take a look at one Shirlaws had in stock. I ended up buying it!

The advice, support and general service I received (from Daniel Flett in particular) was absolutely first class. He also went above and beyond with advice to my other half as she is keen to do her CBT and get a bike and took her round the showroom to get a feel for various entry level bikes etc.

All this, coupled with such a warm and friendly atmosphere in and around the showroom, plus coffee and rowies on offer, means I highly recommend Shirlaws to anyone looking for a bike, equipment or just some general advice.

My Son came off his bike a few days ago on a roundabout. We needed some parts and advice. Derek was so helpful and checked out one of the other problems we'd had with bike and solved the problem.
