Bought my Triumph after 15 years out of the saddle. Dan made it a very smooth and pleasant experience from arranging the test ride through to purchase and follow up. Very pleased with the bike and the customer experience.

This is the 2nd time I have used Shirlaws and I can say that the service has been first class, Daniel Flett who was my point of contact when purchasing the bike was very structured and thorough so delighted with his service

I recently purchased my first bike and gear from Shirlaws.

Fantastic service from start to finish, very knowledgeable, being new to biking they explained everything about the bike and it's bigger models and promptly answered any questions I had after purchasing the bike. Also had a follow up phonecall to make sure I was happy and to check for any issues I may have had.

Bike was delivered in perfect condition. Bodywork was immaculate, like it was right out the showroom no signs of dirt or blemishes from its test ride.

A big thank you to Daniel the salesman who sold the bike to me, going through any questions I had and keeping me updated on the progress of the bike being ready. Thanks to Liam who dealt with the deposit and payment while Daniel was off. Special thanks to Ellie who took the time to go through all the safety gear with me explaining everything about the products to let me make an informed decision on my purchase and to her colleague who made me a cup of tea. Thanks to John the driver for keeping me updated about when the bike was arriving and delivering the bike and pushing it into my driveway.

Highly recommend going to Shirlaws for all your motorcycle needs.

Great experience from start to finish. Dan the sales person was great he went over the details on the bike I was interested in. Gave me a good price for my old bike and collection was very quick. Dan unfortunately had a another customer in when I came to collect and still took the time to come over and speak with me and asked Keith who I also know to do the hand over which was spot on. Bought the bike online and process was very easy. Daniel was very helpful during the sale. Good service received from Shirlaws.

Took my 2022 KTM SDR Evo in for a service and later that day took a second call from Shirlaws, this time from Daniel to make me aware of the deals on a new 2023 Evo. Within a matter of a couple of hours I had a price and agreement on how to handle transferring all of my accessories from the old bike to the new one. Paperwork was a doddle and they even collected my old bike whilst holding my new one until it's insurance changed out. Absolutely superb service from everyone, thank you Dan & Co.

Fantastic dealership and loads of bikes to choose from. I was looking to buy a Ktm so dealt with Daniel in sales who was superb to deal with. I had a good few questions and he was very knowledgeable on the brand. Bought a bike and got it delivered to me within the week! Delivered by Andy who was a great guy to chat to and he explained everything about controls/on board computer, etc to me. Been a great experience from start to finish so it's 5 stars for Shirlaws!

Was looking for a road focussed touring bike for a while, but fed up of the usual tall round-the-world adventure bike that go no further than the lakes. Saw the Sprint GT at Shirlaws and thought, that's perfect. Love Triumph (1050 Speed Triple in the garage too), so went for it. They carried out the next big service before its schedule and Craig kept great contact until the bike was ready to go. Had a niggle with the offside mirror which was sorted without complaint. Can't fault the bike, the communication, or the service. Will definitely consider Shirlaws for my next bike, but it might not be for a while, as the Sprint is a smashing machine.
