Ordered shirt 21 days ago - no shirt! Emailed 5 days ago requesting an update - no response! Contacted them via website requesting an update - No response! Hopefully this helps people make their own opinions.

BEWARE

BEWARE: This company is not legit. The color of the shirts we ordered was grossly misrepresented on the shirts.com website. I have reached out to their support email address, as well as contact form on the website, with no response.

There is no phone number available. The box also does not include any correspondence, such as an invoice, with return instructions.

The address listed in their Privacy Policy section of the website is not legitimate for shirts.com. The domain is registered with a Australian based company.

This is not a reputable company to deal with.

Wish I would have read the reviews about "shirtsy"…

Wish I would have read the reviews before paying the 99$ membership fee and placing an order! This company is fraudulent. I Haven't received my order I placed over a month ago! No communication no response to emails they do not answer the phone. It looks like they are preying on small business looking to build their credit profile. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We are a company who has been in exsistence for over 10yrs. We decided to get into minimal merchandise, heard shirtsy was a good company who offered incentive. We ordered sample products near a month and products still haven’t sent! No answer from customer service by phone just an email explaining how they are behind and can’t keep up production??? Will notify once sent.. shirtsy is not a good company. Will not do any business with them anymore..

We ordered a custom shirt and set of…

We ordered a custom shirt and set of masks from Shirtsy.com on March 2nd, 2021. Today is April 5th and we still have not received these items after multiple calls and emails. The only replies have been automated via email saying, “ Just confirming that we got your request. We're on it,” each time we send a message and we have yet to speak to anyone via the phone number listed on their website. If this type of customer service is indicative of the quality of their products then we’re afraid to receive them and at this point would prefer a full refund. I mean seriously, this is 2021 and it doesn’t take a month to deliver. We’re concerned.

This company sucks

This company socks! You can never get through to anyone on the phone and they answer the chat when they want to. They were supposed to report to my business credit profile in November, it's almost March, and nothing has been reported. The quality of the 2 t-shirts I ordered were terrible! You can still see the transfer paper print. Don't waste your money!

Do not buy from them

Ordered a few shirts but the quality was awful And looked nothing like the photos. Tried to return but no response to my emails once I said I wanted to return. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service ordered 3 shirts 2 weeks ago - delivery promised for 5 days no tracking number sent many emails and no reply ... guess i will have to try and cancel but no phone numbers or anything .... avoid !!

Ordered a shirt

Ordered a shirt, it ended up being way oversized. The quality was awful! So I ended up losing 30$ for a shirt that can't be worn and has to be thrown away. They dont refund your money or exchange sizes. So your out of luck completely! Never Again!

Ordered back to the future sneakers didn't like them when they came in the mail so I had to pay for the label which is stupid then my money hasn't come back on my card yet and it's been 3weks when they have received my item never again

Good designs, not so good fabric texture

I am a Super Hero afficionado, and I ordered from Shirts.com to India because those designs weren't available in India.
Having said that, the Marvel and DC t-shirts by Zara and Jack & Jones have far better cotton material, and are even cheaper at times, and worst case at par with pricing.

Also, the sizes were inconsistent. The Ant-Man and Marvel Groups t-shirt were perfect L size for me,but the other 3 are way bigger than these two, and not a good fit. The cotton t-shirts are thicker and coarser than the $6 t-shirts I have from JCPenny's :(.

I did love the Ant-Man t-shirt, and more so because I received it one day before the movie premier in India.
But Over-all disappointed and will struggle to think of buying again :(
