Called to cancel my account, but they won't cancel since they already made a report. Have to spend $30 or more for continued reporting. Everything is sold out on their website or is overpriced. I won't renew my membership next year.

Started a net 30 account with this company paid the annual fee of $99 ordered a pre-made shirt they have on their website nothing custom no response whatsoever call them to cancel service said they will cancel the order but cannot refund me my membership fee.the worst
custom t-shirt company I've done business with.not even a week ago.

What a waste of money and energy. I designed and ordered some custom items on their website, and paid extra for 3 day shipping, all after paying $99 for the privilege of doing business with this company. A few days later I received comfirmation that the items I purchased had been shipped. 7 days later I received an email stating that my business cards did not print because one of the designs was blank, and they stated in capital letters that they "DO NOT PROCESS BLANK ORDERS," indicating that I did something wrong in the ordering process. However, there was an exact image of the business cards (I designed on their website) on multiple pieces of correspondence to me, and the image was very clearly still on my order on the website, as well as my receipt, and the notice stating that it they had already mailed it. The $130 shoes I ordered look like garbage; embarassingly bad. I can't believe they ever made it out of production. I've reached out in various ways to give them a shot at reconciliation, but they won't respond to my emails or return my calls. Now I see similar experiences from small business owners all over the internet. Utter Trash.

If I could give this company a negative five stars I would. They are crooks and I do not understand how they are still in business robbing people of their money. They mess up orders, have you pay for three day shipping that's more close to three months and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Do not do any business with this company. They're more concerned with the look of their website than they are taking care of their patrons.

Worse customer service do not use this company !! Placed my order on June 3 they contact me on July 8th stating they did not have my design! Got a call from a customer service rep and she had the audacity to have an attitude, telling me my merch was in production but then turned around and asked me what was my order number and upon me speaking she hung up ! Do not do business with shirtsy
