Unprofessional support lying about atm refill

I was a happy customer of shitcoins.club ATMs up until the following recent story, which changed my view of them as a company and their values:
I made 2 deposits of fiat currency in ATM in Bulgaria. The first one was of about €100 and it went well, no error message (apart from the fact that the machine was out of paper and did not print a receipt).
The second transaction was of about €200 to another address and when I hit Send the machine asked me to scan an ID. This was not right, as it is explained on their website that the no-KYC limit in Bulgaria is €1000 per day. Clearly, I'm below that, but an operator (who must have been watching me live) did not like the fact that I wore a hat and they couldn't see my face (so much for no-KYC and privacy! Big Brother is watching you live!). Not only did I not receive the crypto I paid for in the second transaction, which was the "problematic" one, but I was also refused the money I put in the first transaction that didn't ask for ID!
When I contacted support, luckily the person was not rude, but seemed ignorant as to why someone would want to have privacy and anonymity in the world of crypto.
My transactions were withheld despite me obeying their rules of deposits below €1000 and the fact that on shitcoins.club and bitomat.com you can find promises of "anonymous" and "private" transactions "that respect users' privacy rights" (I can provide screenshots of these claims on their websites). And if there's any doubt what the word "privacy" means, you can check the English dictionary.
My conduct does not present danger to the ATM or shitcoins as a brand in the eyes of the law, as I was not stealing, but rather investing, and the amounts were under the legal obligations. €300 is hardly any money laundering!
If this was a mistake by the BG team, I'm willing to change my review if my transactions are granted. After all, people choose your services because they believe the messages of privacy and anonymity (at least up to the legal requirement). This is the key aspect that separates you from the rest.
Banks freeze people's money when they dare protest for their rights. And you freeze people's money when they dare to care for their privacy. How do you then "give the middle finger to the banksters"?

Bitcoin ATM stole my 50 euros
The ATM asked for ID, i didn't have any so I pressed cancel but it just printed out a note asking me to contact support to get my money back but they never responded and there was nothing I could do as I paid in cash and was in a foreign country

Not sure why my review is removed the site is 100% scam and i can provide proof (send me email trustpilot) and i will show you proof + video convo with them. they block and don't pay.

I’m glad have reported this to exodus company and they are also investigating on this. That Mr Jark that call himself the support center that doesn’t know how to approach complaints will be in jail

Do not deal with this company - shitcoins.club.

Support team of shitcoins.club (they are part of bitomat) has been reading my messages and not replying since yesterdays morning. Martin (CEO, marketing manager, support manager, he didn’t introduce himself to me so not sure who is he) has been ignoring my messages since August 14 (he has been online, and he was responding to my other account).

My story:
I have won a voucher in an instagram competition/giveaway. Everything was going good, I started to like them and then it all started. I couldn’t redeem the voucher due to ATM Issue (apparently there wasn’t 20€ bills in the ATM), I said OK and messaged Martin for solution. He told me to visit 2 other ATM’s in the town (as they have the 20€ bills in them).
I spent over an hour there just to know that the voucher code can’t be redeemed here, because of an error. I messaged Martin, but he started to ignore me; so I contacted support team. I told them about the issue, and that Martin keeps ignoring my messages. They told me that they apologise and that they see the ATM has 1x 20€ bill which was enough to get my voucher redeemed (as the value was 20€), but due to some technical difficulties I cannot redeem the voucher code. Then they told me they will contact Martin, and they will get solution. I then asked them ”how’s it possible that ATM with 30.000€ inside doesn’t have a single 20€ bill, to make my withdrawal” and yet to this today I haven’t got any answer. I asked them “if it’s possible to cashout the voucher to crypto as it will be easier” ( as they fail to give me cash ), and they keep ghosting me now.

I wouldn’t recommend them as their Support Team is not serious and Martin keeps ignoring customers.

Do not withdraw or buy crypto at the ATM’s unless you want to risk that when problem occurs you won’t have any way to fix it with Support.

EDIT: I provided the email address to shitcoins.club team and they sent me message if I want my code, and since my reply they never got back to me.

Today Is Friday 10 i put 350 euro in the machine tonsend into my wallet 2 days ago i put my id card top likes they ask me but nothing i see the status Is pending, 2 day pass and still pending i ask tò the team via whatsapp and the liquidate me, dont trust It because once they lose tour Money they dont respondyou so be very careful, of inrecive the amount i Will delate this bad review, now Is the 3 day but still nothinh, so guys you need.to pay big attention before you put a big amount inside and they block the thing like what happened tò me

I put 50 euro in the machine but it would not recognise my QR code.
emailed them when I got home, and they send a full reply, saying they would send it once they had my wallet address.
then it was the weekend, but today Tuesday the sats. are in my wallet as promised.

These guys plainly robbed me today at their BTC ATM in Sarajevo. Their ATM swallowed my fiat money, neatly giving me receipt for transaction, which never arrived to BTC address provided, and this is easily provable, since all transactions are public on Blockchain. Maybe, there was malfunction at ATM, but they are notoriously understuffed, they can not answer any mail on time. Catastrophic

Discounts for 0% fee really do the work. All bitcoin atms I have ever used had at least 5% fee. This is the first plus.

Then you have telegram group with investors sitting there and talking about the market and crypto atms. No other bitcoin atm company has a community centered around it

I introduced the money (300€) to buy Bitcoins. Then, they told me to identify or stop the transacción and refund my money. Y stopped but they didnt refund my money!. Be careful! dont buy There. They applyed their own policíes, ILLEGAL, in order to identify you or steal your money!
No excuses. If YOU obbey the Karl Schwab`s goberments you are the same. Thiefs. Bitcoin is free. Dont buy in this ATM. Refund me the money!
