This company is a complete scam!! Never order from this site unless you want to lose all your money. They basically didnt deliver the product and then they need to "wait for the package to return to them" to process the refund. It's been 4 months of "processing".

They scammed me, never got my shirt. I paid with Apple Pay with my default address already, so it’s impossible to get the address wrong, and they sent it to Kansas City.

Placed an order Dec 4, 2024 and still have not received it as of Jan 20th, 2025. I get that Canada Post went on strike, but why courier through them? CP went on strike 2 weeks before the order was placed. Customer support has ignored my requests for a refund because they claim it is still in transit. I should not be financially on the hook for a products in limbo due to their poor planning.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Order December 4th. They thought it was a good idea to ship my order via Canada Post during a postal strike. Needles to say it didn't get shipped but told me it was being sent back to them. Fast forward its January 20th and they won't issue me a refund because they haven't Recieved it back and they can't control the courier (you picked a, striking courier!!!!) wost customer services. Takes up to a week to get them to respond to inquiries

Please don’t buy from this side, it looks like cool thing they are selling. The problem is just that, they never send you the package. And when you try to mail them, they don’t answer

The surprise gag puzzles are not surprising or gag-worthy when they're opened and have a poster of what the puzzle is ...

My gf got me the “give us this day our daily shred” tshirt and I love it. I wear it all the time and it really didn’t take long to get to me.

I ordered a Christmas Jumper in November and never received it! I’ve sent email after email and no refund /new item or even an attempt to rectify the error! Terrible service

Total scam. I returned my package because the size was way too big & I asked for a change. I had to wait for almost 3 months before I received a new package with other sizes. Because it took too long for me, I asked for a refund in the meantime. Customer service said it was communicated towards the returns team. Then suddenly they decided to actually send back the items in a different size, after i asked for my refund instead of a rechange. Now I have these products which have cost me €50 extra because I had to send it back to the USA while I asked for a refund. Worst customer service ever

Never received my package or my money back. There was no information that the package was waiting in a shop close to mine so it got sent back. No refund. No responds from the customer service. 140€ down the drain. Thanks for nothing.
