If I could give ZERO starts I would. Been waiting for a refund for over 2 months. Product was scam. Evertime I send email a different person reply and I do think is automatic reply and no one really reads your email. PLEASE BE AWARE. DON'T BUY WITH THEM. Sofia

Do not buy anything from this company. What they show in product photos is most definately not what you get. They also sent me additional items and took another payment froom my bank. They do not respond to emails. I returned my items at great cost and have not heard a thing from them. Now in the hands of my bank!!! Complete scam.

Returned items, just 2 strips of small teeth. Waiting for Refund since 5-6 weeks ago, SCAM, they replied numerous times saying that they waiting for the warehouse confirmation of the return, I sent them a Copy of the Postal Receipt .. they are now ignoring my emails so I have said I will report them to the Fraud Department and Health & Safety... If my refund of £27 is not in my bank by Fri 26th..

Ordered and then said items delivered... yet I've recieved NOTHING.
When i email to explain i have nothing they respond with tracking said delivered... yes it does say delivered... but I don't have the items. A week of me saying item not delivered im now being ignored.

I ordered 20 weeks of GLP-1 as I've heard good things about it. I believed I was safe as they offered a 180 day, no questions, no stress money back guarantee.

After 7 weeks with absolutely no weight lost I contacted them for my refund and they offered me 30%. They are now ignoring my emails.

This is just another Chinese scam merchant preying on the vulnerable and they should be shut down.

They advertised what looks like good quality items and send out cheap pound stuff. Its just another scam site.
I ordered full set silicone and acrylic teeth looked great and possibly could be great dentures and comfortable. That's what there advert on Facebook shows. I received 2
plastics strips of teeth that you stick over your teeth. Buy them online for £2. For people that haven't used PayPal they might not get or bother try to get there £35.18 refund

I recently purchased from shlutionsax.com, and I'm sharing my experience to caution other potential buyers. Despite the website's claim to be a UK-based company, my order was shipped from China. This is a significant point of concern, as it directly contradicts the company's advertised location and has implications for shipping times and customer service.

Furthermore, the website prominently displays a claim of being an "MHRA Certified Health and Wellness Store." A quick check confirms that "Health and Wellness Store" is not a legitimate certification category from the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency). This misrepresentation is highly misleading and undermines trust, particularly for a business selling health-related products.

Beyond these issues, the product itself was advertised as a "Winner of the 2020 Edison Gold Award for 'Top Dental Innovation.'" A quick online search reveals that the actual winner of this award was EasyDenture, a completely different, US-based company. The images on the shlutionsax website appear to have been taken directly from EasyDenture's site, and the product I received bore no resemblance to the images shown.

Finally, while the site advertises a generous "free returns" policy, this is misleading. The process for making a return is convoluted and effectively unusable, which makes the promise of free returns a hollow one.

In summary, the company's business practices, from their false claims about location and certification to their difficult returns process, are highly questionable. They also appear to be using another company's images and awards to misrepresent their own products. I would recommend proceeding with extreme caution if you are considering purchasing this crap

free full refund none existent, return to China at my cost which will be £25 which is more than the item cost. absolute rip off.

I received this from this company today and it's clear that they are typical scammers, they are already threatening me that there is no point in sending the return because it might get lost and I won't get my money back, thieves:

This is some kind of mockery of people. The photos say one thing, but the order I received is some kind of children's toy. Please refund my money, otherwise I'm reporting you to the bank, saying you're cheating people, you're fraudsters!!!

Well as they say if the offer sounds to good to be true.....it is. I received my diddly squat teeth last week after ordering from what looked like a reputable company. Lots of positive online reviews, so thought I would try them out.
Sadly when my order arrived these two child sized sets p teeth arrived, but although the box still has pictures of adult sets of teeth, these are just rubbish.
I did feel that there was something a little strange about the company and they attempted to take another 5 payments of £29.99 under different company names. When I originally purchased the teeth I paid by debit card and this went straight to PayPal, so I thought I had got something wrong. I then deliberately entered my details wrongly to make a second purchase to see what would happen. This is when I realized that they were trying to take more payments.
All in all what this company are doing is fraud and a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ANY COST. I am going to contact my bank and see if they can get my money back, as it's fraud.

I completed an order for around £39 ,came off the site ,then I got a notification from PayPal saying they were taking another £63...but the payment was pending...I emailed to cancel,had a reply that it had been cancelled, but the money still went out...since then I've been promised a refund..but 3 weeks later,and endless emails, still nothing...do not buy off these scammers..

This company are definitely scammers, I started a transaction with them but never completed it (luckily no card details given) but I kept (and still am getting emails from them asking if I've forgotten to complete my order, they even sent me one email suggesting I HAD completed the transaction and that they would be taking £144.60 from my account, the item I was thinking of purchasing in the first place was not more than £40... some of the 'did you forget to check out the item' emails I received from them were AFTER the one telling me I'd placed the order with them...I've reported these scammers to action fraud.

Beware of This Company Absolutely Rubbish, they are 100% advertising incorrectly.. Bought a set of teeth for 28.00.. Emailed for the return and refund process... They replied saying that I have 2 options: if I want to keep them they'll refund 30% but if I want to return it will cost me in the region of €20 to return the Teeth.. What a SCAM... THERE'S NO 100% REFUND... WHAT YOU GET IS AS SOMEONE DESCRIBED FANCY DRESS TEETH THAT'S ALL.. NO ROOF IN THEM, TOO SMALL.. NOTHING... THEY'RE FIT TO GO IN BIN.. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO STOP DOING THIS... They don't deserve 1 star..

100% false advertising. All products fake nothing like what they advertised. Stay well clear. Eg. Teeth nothing like what they say, just cheap plastic wrap. Fancy dress

There lucky to get 1 star!!do not buy!I bought which I thought were full mouth dentures when they arrived they looked like something you'd get for a child at Halloween, cheap tacky plastic! Which were nothing like advertised!!they offered me a 30% refund!!it would cost me that to send them back.ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

Paid £33 for denture which they claimed was really comfortable and easy to eat. You soaked them in warm water and they mold to your mouth. What came was a pair of fancy dress teeth that you would put in for Halloween absolute disgrace and will not reply to messages so no refund scam
