Poor poor Quality for the money

Like everyone else i would give this company 0 stars.
Ordered a large sweatshirt personalised with the Roman numerals. It is such awful quality for the near £50 spent on it! The material is that shiny cheap stuff, thin as paper, stitching is terrible too. Please avoid this company

Deserves 0 stars. Ordered 2 customs jumpers 1 medium (black) and 1 small (beige). They were the same size (black was actually kind of smaller even which is ridiculous). Measurements were completely off from the sizing online. I sent photo evidence and proof. Got told I cant return a custom product so I asked for a refund. They wouldn't get back to me even after I sent multiple follow up emails and never gave me the refund. Horrible, rude customer service. No wonder they are failing as a business.

They don’t deserve a 1 star

They don’t deserve a 1 star, I’m so frustrated with this “company”. I ordered a customized First Mom, Now Grandma wooden frame for Mother’s Day and placed the order on 04/23/2025 and never received any shipping information or the product. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they said in an email that it could take 7-14 business days to deliver. Their email customer service is a waste of time because they send automated messages and offer no help. Do NOT buy from this website, it’s a scam.

order on february 5th,2025 still have yet to receive my order. I emailed the company multiple times bout my package and all I was told was be patient or they lost the package and would send another one. I asked for a refund multiple times still didnt receive everytime I email them I keep being told to be patient. do not order from them terrible business

Avoid this company - disgusting

Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a personalised hoodie for my boyfriend and the quality was absolutely disgusting and the stitching was absolutely shocking. I was so disappointed considering I paid close to £50 for this. I emailed the company saying how disappointed I was and how I'd like a refund, the company replied just saying their workers work very hard and offered me a 10% refund. No acknowledgement that they're clearly falsely advertising. I replied saying it's shocking how the stitching wasn't picked up during a quality control stage and how I'd like a higher percentage of refund - and they have completely ghosted me and haven't heard from them since.
While waiting for my delivery I also emailed the company for an update on my order as it had been 3+ weeks, company just said it's their busiest time and it's their companies annual leave? If it's your busiest time (Valentines Day), why would your whole company have leave? So unprofessional.

I ended up buying from somebody on Etsy and it was 10000 times better for half the price.

Save your time and money and avoid this company.

Terrible Company - Terrible products - Terrible customer service.

When placing an order my screen had multiple pop ups and began flashing while attempting to place the order. Apparantly the order went through and the wrong size was ordered. Which I did not know until I received it in the mail. I contacted customer service and they said that due to the customization I could not return the order.
When I explained the complication with the order and the website issue the response I received was “you need notify me before the order is completed.” This was impossible as I did not know until I received the order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a custom shirt that never arrived. I reached out to customer service and they will not give a response or refund, I have just been told my order was being processed. I don’t even think a real human is checking, just a bot replying. I cannot warn everyone enough to DO NOT ORDER from this company. The whole thing is a scam.

Wouldn’t cancel my order

Tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after I placed it. Came back to me more than 24hrs later saying it’s in the procedure now so they can’t help me. That’s now £80 down the drain that I can’t get back and can’t do anything with the items as they’re personalised and wrong.

Worst customer service ever!

I ordered two custom hoodies and they came in the worst possible quality and with way shorter arm lengths then described, looks like children hoodies 😡
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, they refuse to help me.

0/10. Did not get what was ordered. Attempted multiple contact and used PayPal dispute. They would give my refund if I sent back to china!!! Not on my dime. Either full or partial refund. Jokes on me, lost money and time and the customer service is terrible. Do. Not shop with them.

Not great quality and poor customer service

I ordered a custom Hotwheels car for my husband for Father's Day. The car was placed upside down in the package. I reached out to their customer service and they told me to just "shake it back in place." It clearly was put in upside down and no amount of shaking makes it move over. I reached out to customer service again and they gave me a 10% refund. Not great quality items and poor customer service as well. I woke avoid purchasing from them in the future.

I ordered a custom hot wheels car for…

I ordered a custom hot wheels car for Father’s Day and sent in the pictures as stated during the ordering process. When I received the car in the mail it was a random car not even close to the picture I sent in. I was under the impression it would be customized to the picture I sent in. You’re better off going to target to pick a car out and print your own picture and save yourself $50. When I reached out to them they just said sorry it’s not refundable. As a business owner myself you go above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy. I will never order nor recommend shmily customs to anyone. Horrible products, horrible customer service

I ordered a gift for my mother in law weeks ago specifically for Mother’s Day. Never got and when I reached out days before Mother’s Day they sent me an email saying it’s still in China. They won’t refund me either.

Delivery fail

This company puts ads out for products on social media for specific events, in this case, a TikTok ad for a product for Mother’s Day.
I ordered mine weeks ago, and tracking indicates my purchase is still in China with only four days to go.
Avoid their hollow implications that they can fulfill an order in time for the event they’re showcasing or be ready for disappointment.
