I found mam profile on instagram and that time was hard time for me. I heard about power of gratitude but didnt knew how it will work. So thought to give it try. After attending 30 days of power of gratitude class I felt life is really easy, its all about what we think. I was very short temper women but now I am calm and peaceful person. I love each and everything around me. Thanks to Shobha mam and Power of Gratitude.

When I came across this challenge, i was undergoing therapy for depression due to break up. This challenge helped me see positive side of the same and help me recover from the pain.

Got into a habit of being grateful with due guidance ☺️

It was good. It helps me stay calm, connect with people. It made me realise if you want something so hard, universe will help you go through it. It helped me think for every situation there are positive and negative considered . Life will be better if you be little optimistic, hope and faith.

Although the experience was more or less great. I would have appreciated more if Ms. Shobha could also interact with people, the experience would have been more personal.
