Fantastic customer support!
"Luke W." from customer support had to help my server with an issue that had us all pulling our hair out for days on end. With Luke it was fixed almost instantly. Not to mention the both warm and very professional communication throughout support. I will absolutely continue using Shockbyte for the indefinite future!!

I accidentally purchased 3 servers (don’t ask 😂) and the customer service was absolutely spot on, guiding me and gave me a refund on the 2 extras and ensured for me that it was not the ones I had already progressed on. This is the first time I’ve brought a server for a game and with Shockbyte, it definitely won’t be the last. Can’t recommend enough!
