Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. They are a company living off hype from the 2020's. They may have at one time provided a good quality product and provided customer service, but that is no longer the case. They have an extensive questionaire when you order your dual rate springs and give the impression of a 'Custom' fit, but that is a joke. I suspect they have preboxed sets in the back room and nothing that you provide them with respect to how you drive, the weights you haul goes into what they deliver. The ride is NOT improved and worse yet, they don't seem to care. Very disappointed in the product they provided and lack of support. You would be much better off choosing any other vendor if you want to improve your ride.

Bought the ride improvement system and dual rate springs for my Fox QS 3's on my Can Am X3. The machine rides exactly the same if not worse in the chop. I have reached out several times with no response. They claim this will eliminate this issue, but I have yet to see it. Very disappointed and now out a lot of money.

Ordered front limiting straps for 2024 kawasaki KRX. Instructions for all limiting straps are to put straps on back side of springs. Did that and spacers are hitting tie rod ends and locking steering. Called and told them they are going to kill someone if they don't catch it when customer puts them on. They said just put then in front of springs. Grabs limbs and everything else. they did not care at all. Will not buy from them again!

One of my springs had paint chips missing and the guy Mike I spoke with sent me a link to buy my own touch up paint after spending $800 on springs. I shouldn’t have to spend more to fix brand new $800 springs! Also the screws for the crossover were so weak they stripped out with minimal pressure.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. After a lot of research I thought this was the company to go with. Read reviews watched You Tube. Order it. Then when springs came in (actually sooner than they said). I was missing the rear Spring Divider and Spring Perch as was shown on Video. They said don't use factory use ours in Video. Called and they said that was for a old kit. If that is the case they should have changed the You Tube Install instructions since this is what they are sending you to to install them. I feel like I am just being blown off after they got the order and the Money.

I had a claim on a spring that was badly bowed. I could fit my finger between the spring and shock body. It took quite a bit of bargaining to get a replacement. The new spring is now as bad as the old one after 100 miles. The spring rate is right on, but the quality and tech support is poor. They actually told me to turn the spring up-side-down to correct the problem. Do the research and get KINGS or a better brand.

Poor Returning Customer Service

I have been a true believer in shock therapy since early 2017 when they were still grass roots. Over the last 3 years I have recommended countless people to them. Almost every single person I ride with has it and I personally have 4 cars, that have been done by them with the most recent one being a Rs1 for my kid. My main car that I drive has 3000 dune miles since I did the suspension so I thought it might be time to freshen it up and get some updates done because I know that there have been quite a few changes since mine was done. I was even thinking about doing the new electronic system for the ride control and doing a front sway bar seeing how the stock ones are always breaking .Last week I called to make an appointment to get it done figuring that it would take 1day like every other time I have been there but when the person on the phone found out what I wanted to do he told me that these kind of appointments are fill ins and it could take up to a week to get my car back. I tried to explain to him that I am from Canada and I would only be there for a week and then be taking the car back to Canada with me so I there was no way I could leave it that long. He then proceeded to tell me that when I get home I could take them off and ship them to him and that they deal with international shipping all the time. That made zero sense to me but what do I know. What is the difference whether I make an appointment to get all my shocks redone or am a new customer? seeing how the process is the same as far as taking the shocks off the car taking the springs off and completely disassemble the shock. I was upset that they would not work with me and the guy on the other end of the line could have cared less all he said was this is the policy for this process. Its to bad when companies get so big that they dont care if they get your business or not because the phone is ringing off the hook and they are booked 2 or 3 weeks out. I will not be recommending them to any one i know, not that it will make a big dent in thier business . There are other shock companies around the valley that are still competing for business and i look forward to building a relationship with them. Thanks

GREAT COMPANY

Shock therapy was great to deal with , from making sure I got the rite product for my car to the whole shipping process . I actually received my springs and they were kinda damaged so I took some pictures and the same day I got a response and an unneeded apology along with a shipping confirmation that day . So not only was a good experience but if you have problems at all they fix them instantly
