Pathetic customer service.

I've ordered from them in the past with good a good experience, but after this fiasco never again. Trying to reach them I like pulling hens teeth! Phone service gives you run around and directs you to web chat and ends call. No answer on web chat either. Multiple repeat calls back to back might get someone to answer but then they give you BS data on your order. I would not recommend ordering from them!

I ordered replacement struts and was…

I ordered replacement struts and was told they would be in my hands in 3 days. 5 days later I got confirmation of the order and it took another 4 days after that for them to show up. Not what I was expecting, but OK.
However, parts i ordered were not included. Spring isolators. I called them back and they sent one pair, but not the upper pair!
Calling them does not help because you get a message to communicate via their website message system, which they seem to ignore. Now it has been 4 weeks and I still cannot install them! Crappy service!

there was a delay getting my shocks…

there was a delay getting my shocks from the supplier. no communication informing me of the delay. had to call them to find out where my order was. other than that all went well

Was disappointed with this company

Was disappointed with this company. It took 2 weeks for me to receive. I was never told the product was backordered or not in stock. Called twice to check shipping status, both times I was told they were waiting for them, and they would ship 'today'. A very unreasonable amount of time to have something shipped from a place calling itself a Shock 'warehouse'

My part were not sent on time Even…

My part were not sent on time Even though I ordered it the same day the shock absorbers the two front ones came Separately four weeks apart I called to inquire why. the manager informed it was a screw up in the order.that that he would look into it so I informed him he should ship it next day he said he couldn’t do that he didn’t have it in stock and And no one cared to inform me that it was back ordered only found out the problem because I called if not my part would have took longer he didn’t seem friendly and treated my situation as a matter of fact and when I ask to Speak to someone of higher authority he got upset and said In a angry voice I am canceling your order I said no I already paid for the order I tried to contact someone from corporate to report this rude manager but to no success it caused me so much stress that if their was a Minus star, I would give it so don’t buy from this horrible company and safe your self a Grueling experience and Expense Jorge Marin very un happy victim
