Stay away from eachstepshoes! EXTREMELY poorly made shoes. Waited forever for these piece of crap "NFL"(?) shoes.Zero customer service. Had to give 1 star rating, because a 0 star rating is not an option!! Aweful company. Look elsewhere for your shoes!!!

I ordered shoes on 6/9/20 for my son's Father's Day present....a good 2 weeks b4 the holiday. When I attempted to track the order I was unable to do so. I emailed the company only to get a reply that said it was delayed because of Covid. I have not had ne issues with other purchases from other online stores. I received the shoes today, 7/15_20 after 10 emails. Their customer ser ice is horrible. Shoes come from China, in my case on the slowest boat. I will not order from them again!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals from a company called Nushining unaware they are based in China, I saw them on Instagram. It seems their website has now disappeared! If i could give minus stars I would. Do not buy from them. I am very disappointed they are terrible quality, and the glue shows on the sole. Also I am disappointed with the service, when I queried where the parcel was I was told to be patient! Rude the customer service is appalling and the tracking system is atrocious. I ordered on 30th May. They did not process order until 29th June and it did not depart from the airport until 8th July arrived at Heathrow on 9th July and then took another 5 days to arrive on 14th July.
If I could return for a refund I would, but I cannot be bothered with the time and effort.

I wouldn't give this company a half star, they are pathetic. I ordered Seabees sneakers so
long ago I can't remember. The company said the shoes would be delivered on a certain and time, wrong!!!!!
I was told to check back in 3 days for a tracking, nothing.
I used paypal so hopefully i get my money back. This site is a ripoff at least.

Purchased Brooks” Peaches and cream” paid for 2-3 day shipping and two weeks later no sneakers. No response for customer service but they charged my card. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I bought a sandals the strings were short and very ugly, Material was plastic ,this is a shame , I asked to return them , they said Beacuse I have to pay for return and it’s very expensive to return , (it was from somewhere in China) and I paid $ 58 for this , they refund %15, just( 6.28 cent) that is a shame

This is an bad company. I ordered 2 pair of sandal and have not heard anything. But they did take my money.

Wish I read reviews before purchasing, please stay away:
I bought 3 pairs of trainers ~£85 and a pair of sunglasses turned up?
After contacting them, they apologised and asked if I would like to reorder - I agreed and then the following day they informed we that the promotion was up and the trainers were not available. However I could still purchase the same trainers through the site again if I wanted to.
They sent me a link to another site with trainers so old it was a complete joke.
I informed them as they could not provide the trainers I requested, I would like my money back.
I then had a response from them saying because I received a package from them (fake glasses) I would only receive 35.4% of my order and that’s currently where I am.
Unfortunately I paid with my debit card but will keep you all updated

After several days of emails as they will not respond to you the same day even if you reply as soon as they have sent you an email they have now agreed to refund 100%
I now have to wait 7-14 days from 07/07/20 - still waiting... on 17/07/20

Do not order from this company!!!!! I ordered three pairs of trainers what I received was a cap??!!!! Emailed several times for my money back and no response they are scammers!!!!!!

I waited 11 weeks for my item and the quality was shocking !!! The smell of cheap glue was so strong and the straps on the sandals were so thin and not attached properly so if i wore them it would result in me ending up in hospital ....please avoid this company

This website is A fraud we never had the shoes we ordered and we received mask instead.

Garbage. The customer service is abominable and the product, apparently, is invisible.
Order placed 3/10. Item received never. Date 5/26 and im ensured its "on the way". Tracking information nul.

this is a fraudulent site. I ordered a pair of shoes and was sent a plastic jewelry trinket (actually a fake of a well known brand) but no shoes. I have been given the run around by customer service for weeks trying to get the shoes. Clearly run by a company that scams people. Stay away.
