Item Not Received, Refund Refused


I am extremely disappointed with Shoe Carnival’s handling of my order.

I placed order #815152321, was charged in full, and never received the item. Despite this, customer service claims the package was “successfully delivered” and has refused both a refund and a reshipment, offering no meaningful proof of delivery or resolution.

I thoroughly checked my address, confirmed with everyone in my household, and contacted neighbors. No package was received. Shoe Carnival’s response was essentially, “It says delivered, so we’re done,” leaving me without merchandise and without my money.

This experience feels careless and dismissive of the customer. When a company takes payment but does not ensure the customer actually receives the product—and then refuses to help—that is unacceptable.

I am now forced to dispute this charge with my bank and escalate the issue further. I would caution others to be aware that if something goes wrong with delivery, Shoe Carnival may not stand behind their order

Great experience ,

After reading these review's,
I was concerned about my order. I accidentally ordered the same pair two times. Knowing it was my fault I contacted Shoe Carnival via chat. The AI message sent me to a real person chat.
It asked my phone number, three minutes later I received a call from the Manager.
She told me she would send a free return label email. It was a great experience ordering and return. The separate shoe order came in 2 days.

So far I'm getting my item the next day after ordering. Now take into consideration that I haven't received it yet and I don't stay far from the mall where it is coming from..I'm o.k. so far, but I might be editing this review tomorrow..we will see

Charges for shipping that’s should have…

Charges for shipping that’s should have been 2 day delivery.product is suppose to be delivered over a week later. Not the first time this has happened. They also have the worst customer service. Very argumentative and constantly talked over you. It was there mistake not mine.

Great first time experience. I would order from them again. I ordered a pair of women’s Kamick…

I ordered a pair of women’s Kamick winter boots. I’m a size 9 wide. I needed a size bigger. They paid my return shipping and I just received my 10s today. It took about 4-5 days for my exchange to arrive. They looked great. I tried them on, perfect fit. I love them and am so glad I gave them a chance. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience was great!!!

Do not EVER order from here

Do not EVER order from here. Not only do they send you used shoes but there in the wrong size. There gross and covered in something sticky. I sent them back and they sent them right back to me!!!! Im so over this company not to mention there customer service sounds like a 10 year old girl whos more worried about her nails then customers. This company needs to shut down!!!

Do not buy from them. Clearly a scam.

Ordering was fine, making a return was a total fail

Giving them two stars because my order was received in a timely manner and the shoes were as expected. The problem was when I made a return and received no money back.

I followed Shoe Carnival's return guidelines to the letter. Used their provided return label, handed the package off to the carrier, tracked the delivery back to their warehouse until I saw on their own website that the return had been received.

I waited patiently for about a month, but after receiving no refund contacted their customer service. I was told my refund had been canceled because I hadn't sent the shoes back. When I pointed out that their own website showed the return had been received, their response was that they needed to see more proof and that I would have to upload a copy of my shipping receipt.

I couldn't tell if their customer service agent was giving me the runaround on purpose, or if he was so poorly trained that he didn't know how to view a return on the Shoe Carnival website. Either way it was totally unacceptable.

This abomination of a company withdrew…

This abomination of a company withdrew money out of my account on an order that was never even processed. After a half a day I was able to talk with someone, turns out I'm just gonna have to wait until they decide to give me my money back.i have never dealt with anything like it while ordering online. Terrible company and will never do business with them again and suggest you do the same

Horrible Customer Service

Placed an order and after ten days the tracking still stated label created. Customer service was unhelpful and only claimed they might not have been scanned by FEDEX and could still be on the way. No offer to expedite a replacement just for me to keep waiting for the item that never shipped. Asked to speak with a Supv who was dismissive and unhelpful. I can not believe this type of behavior is permissible with customer service.

Never received refund

I was supposed to receive a pair of shoes. The shoes were never delivered to my home and shoe carnival offered to send a new pair or give me a refund. I opted for the refund and said it can take 7 business days to receive. I never got the refund and they said there’s nothing they can do unless the payment is returned by my bank. My bank hasn’t been any help either and now I’m out over $100.
